Jeff and his team from JD heating and cooling have done fantastic work at my house. We needed a new AC and furnace. He was extremely fast and efficient. The job was completed in one day and he kept me updated throughout the process. I have recommended him personally to family and friends who have used him as well.

If I could give 10 stars I would. Jeff was simply amazing. Incredible quality at a fair price. You can't ask for more. It has been 2.5 years since he installed our new furnace and AC unit. We had a part break a couple months in, not at all the fault of the installation, it was just a faulty part. We called him at 11pm when it stopped working and left a message. He called back first thing in the morning, was at my home before noon, had the part ordered and installed the next day. You just can't buy customer service like that. I can't recommend him enough.

After a referral we used JD Heating and Cooling for a new AC and Furnace. I called Jeff and he was professional and walked me through options and sent me more information. He explained that due to the pandemic options are limited now and provided me with models that were available. We made a choice and a few days later he came out to install the units. His price was amazing for a top tier Trane product!

We couldn't be happier with the purchase! We even had a smart thermostat installed and Jeff took the time to walk us through setting it up to be controlled from our phones!

We called after 5pm in the middle of a blizzard, 60mph winds, -28 wind chill… Jeff came over immediately after he finished his prior call due to our furnace not heating.
