Kieffer’s Heating and Cooling v2.0 is amazing! They have been to my house on multiple occasion for a furnace repair and A/C tuneup. Both experiences were wonderful! Very knowledgeable and walks you through every step so you know exactly what is being worked on/repaired!

Keiffer was amazing and detailed about what steps he took throughout the whole process of my AC installation. It was also reasonably priced for the quality AC I purchased.

He also took firther steps beyond to ensure I had the best quality airflow in my home, along with making several recommendations on how I can maintain and increase the lifespan of my AC unit.

I can't say enough good things about Kieffer and his complete dedication to being the best there is in the HVAC game.

We've used Kieffer for a long time and found there's simply no one better. First, he sends notifications as to when you can expect him - AND THEN HE SHOWS UP WHEN HE SAYS HE WILL BE THERE! We all know some of those other technicians out there that say they'll be there during a time block they specify, only to not show up for hours later, or even the next day. He's communicative and sensitive to scheduling needs - what a great start to what is usually a stressful experience for a homeowner.

Once Kieffer gets to work, he does thorough inspections, finds the current issues (and often others from original install issues or other service technicians who cut corners), and offers practical solutions and thoroughly explains why. He uses all of the latest state-of-the-art tools and techniques, and it's apparent he doesn't rest on his laurels, as he is always researching and learning how to improve.

We had a mini-split ductless system that had multiple issues, and though I was asking him for a repair, he recommended a total replace. He was careful and thorough and provided ALL of the detail as to why he recommended a new system, but still reluctantly offered to do a repair. He offered 3 options and quotes for each one. Having used Kieffer before and never having ANY of his work fail on us, we trusted his expertise and went with the new system. He right-sized it for our home (the other heat pump wasn't the right size) and was very fair on pricing when compared with a quote from another outfit for a system that wasn't properly sized or the same brand that we wanted (Mitsubishi is the only way to go for the ductless systems!). He told us about all kinds of options on these systems, but did not try and upsell anything we didn't want or need.

Kieffer went through and not only replaced the heads and heat pump, but re-ran the drain lines, put the heat pump up on stands to raise it above the snow grade, and identified and fixed multiple other issues from the original install that likely contributed to the system failing as soon as it did. Now the new system works better than the old one ever did, with no issues. And, it's better protected with a device that monitors for all sorts of power issues that can damage the system, not just a surge protector like we had.

Since it was getting close to that time of year, we also had Kieffer do a maintenance check on our primary central air system. Once again, he was thorough and made sure to explain everything we should be doing to extend the life of our system, and why things like the grocery store air filters are not always the best thing for our HVAC system (despite the clever marketing) - and recommended a much better filter media that we'd used before in our last home's system, which is far better for airflow.

I've been trusting Kieffer with our HVAC systems for over a decade, now. I've also had the pleasure of knowing him for over 2 decades. I've used other guys when he wasn't available, and ultimately came to regret it. You simply won't find a more honest, thorough technician who truly cares about being the best at his craft.

I hired Kieffer to diagnose my furnace that wasn’t wanting to turn on. I talk to multiple of the “big guys” and I felt hassled for my money. No one wanted to talk when I tried explaining the problem and they were extremely hasty to get someone out and deal with it them. I came across Kieffer and after the first call I knew I wanted him to come over and take a look. That first phone call he was talking me though trouble shooting and really trying to gauge what the problem was before he came out. Once he was here he tore my furnace down and really examined it fully! To me the best part was he explained everything he was doing step by step and taking pictures to show me exactly what he was talking about! He was able to diagnose the issue fix it, and he even found more troubled areas that would be a problem down the road that wouldn’t have been found if not for his extremely thorough examination and fixed those as well! When the job was done he showed me areas to look for as far as maintenance which is extremely helpful for me being a first time home owner and only owning my house for a year! Kieffer is amazing at what he does and is extremely knowledgeable in his trade and he will be the only person I use from here on out for all my HVAC needs! Definitely get in touch with him!!

I could not be happier with my decision to go with him. Kieffer not only found the issues with my system, he walked me step by step on exactly what he was doing, and how he would complete the needed repairs.
