Joe Ricket did a very professional job from beginning to end. We could not have asked for a better plumber. Our under granit sink looks great and the faucet works flawlessly with no leaks. Joe was intentive to any concerns we had and readjusted things until we were satisfied.

2/25/23 - Edward W. was very professional and a joy to work with. He took the time to explain things and assessed our current plumbing with recommendations. We would definitely have him and Wyatt back for any future plumbing repairs!

Update: 3/22/23 - Edward returned with Mike to replace our in-house water main shut-off valve and faulty pressure valve. They also removed our old, heavy (cracked) concrete wash basin and replaced it with a new resin basin and fixtures. Very happy with the work!

I had two professionals not complete a project that they were supposed to do. The 1st one scammed me and the second one didn't complete my bathroom. I was frustrated and defeated. WyattWorks came in and did everything plus more (that they found wrong). They were professional, competent and honest. At a reasonable price. They had to fix leaky water lines, tie into the soil stack, put in a vent for the bathroom and put drain lines where they were supposed to go! I highly recommend them!

This was our second time using their services and once again, it was a job well done. The technician Larry was punctual, very knowledgeable and overall a nice guy. He was even good with my kids who wanted to ask him a million questions! The family who owns WyattWorks are good people and I'd recommend this company to others.

I needed an outside spigot installed on the other side of my house. What impressed was Jean collected all the information for what we were requesting, crawled into our crawlspace, showed us that it was dry and clean under it and then started his free thorough evaluation in our home. He checked out our water heater, utility tub, our bathroom sink, shower and toilet and also did the same in our other bathroom. The one shower we don't use (found a leak) and the sink drained really slow. My husband tried to clean the drain himself and only scratched the surface. In our second bathroom he found that our vanity sink had a very small leak. He also checked our shower and found that the trim piece behind our shower nozzle wasn't sealed and explained what could happen in the future.....coming home to a pool in out bathroom because the wall could have gotten wet and Ugh....don't even want to think about what could happen!

Back to our original job, he quoted us with upfront pricing as well as explaining our options. He built value in the product he was installing and was great at answering questions that my husband and I had.

We went with Wyattworks for installing the outside spigot because we felt comfortable with Jean and his experience. We also appreciated him showing us the leaks that we didn't know about and he fixed them as well. Having a professional go into your home and show you possible problems that could happen right away, in the near future or in the long run.

We chose the right plumbing company from start to finish. Melissa was so polite on the phone when making our appointment, answering questions we had and so cheerful. Then Jean showed up and BAM! He made all of it happen and fixed all of our concerns!

Ricky is a real gem. Professional beyond his years. He has a pleasant upbeat personality. Excellent communicator and patient with demanding customers like me. He understands his company policies well and sets expectations efficiently. Very thorough and detail oriented in his plumbing work. Effectively delivers results for the customer with a smile. I highly recommend.

We reached out to several plumbers to see about replacing the old hot water heater and installing an automatic water shut-off value. Edward Wright came out and was incredible through in his examination of the property. He identified a gas leak that needed to be taken care of and a leak around the main water valve. We reviewed multiple options him and select a custom option. He came back with Larry the apprentice. In a single day, they install a tankless hot water heater (with new venting), the automatic water shut-off value, and fixed the two leaks.

I will work with them again.

These guys are the best! Extremely knowledgeable, thorough, and honest. Jean and Jesse took the time to explain everything with detail and give me a range of options to fix the issues I called about plus other issues they made me aware of. Would give more than 5 stars if I could! They truly went above and beyond.

Dan and Michael performed hydro-jetting on my downspout drains. They accomplished the work in a timely and professional manner. Vey pleased with the attention to detail they displayed along with answering all my questions. I would recommend them to other customers.

Great plumbing company. Always return calls and keep you updated. Good crew of workers. Dan did a good job finding our problem. Luke did a great job with the actual sewer repair. He has a good trainee working with him.
