Came home from long trip to a SUPER COLD 🥶 HOUSE! Called Overholt and Devan came out very quickly, diagnosed and FIXED the issue by having the needed part on his truck. We are now toasty warm, and very grateful. Thank you Overholt and Devan.

Enzo did a great job diagnosing and fixing the problem with my furnace. He was prompt, courteous, and professional. Will use Overholt again if needed.

We have been with Overholt for our air conditioning and heating service for more than 20 years, and whether the service was for tune-ups, check-ups, minor repairs, or total installation of new products, the knowledge, service, professionalism and courtesy was outstanding. Today was our annual air conditioning check/tune up, and as always, the service was excellent. We simply could not ask for more; just fantastic all the way around.

Our thermostat was not coming on when it should have. Enzo came and fixed the problem, then explained why it wasn’t working. So, he not only solved the problem, but he also educated us as to the reason it happened, and how to keep it from happening again. My take away, regular yearly tuneups. I will be putting this on my calendar.

Devan the tech was great. Very personable. Knowledgeable and respectful. Great rates. Repair went smoothly and recommended services I knew that were needed at a very affordable rate. I will be using Overholt again and recommend them highly. I will also request Devan. Today June 3, 2022 once again ac needed attention. I called and spoke with Molly she was sad to tell me that the earliest she could schedule an appoint would be next week on Friday. Sad but understandable. A bit later we spoke again and Molly informed me that My favorite tech Devan was quickly and efficiently caring for his clients and would be able to fit me into his schedule at the end of his day. Bless Devan. He arrived on time with his cheerful demeanor and immediately set to work to diagnose the issue and effect repair. Devan repaired my ac and again was thorough and efficient. Davon, The service tech was absolutely fantastic. He had a delightful attitude, very professional and found the problem within five minutes. In this day and age of service techs not always being recommended, he is one of the best.

Devan was great - very professional…thorough, friendly, and he identified issues in addition to performing routine maintenance. I would want to request him again, and this company, for all my HVAC needs!

Furnace maintenance done today. Once again, these young men are professional, friendly, follow CoVid protocol, and just do an amazing job. They are always kind as well. It's a pleasure doing business with them.

I have used Overholt for 23 years. They have been amazing. They are responsive, professional, respectful to your home, and are very knowledgeable about more than just heating and A/C. And, they offer suggestions in many price ranges.
We had to replace our water heater and fix our gas fireplace this year. Devon, technician, has been amazing in his skill and is just a very nice young man. I have trusted Brad, the owner, with keys to my Dad's house and would do so with his technicians as well. These guys rock!
