Skyler is awesome! He’s mild-mannered,, professional, Meticulous & detailed at his job. He takes his time checking & cleaning the unit. Although he’s new to the company, We have had Elite for over 20.

My A/C stopped working right in the middle of a 100+ degree heat wave. I knew all repair businesses were extremely busy but Elite was able to schedule my repair for the next day. The service was done with care, on time, good communication, and at a reasonable rate. I was extremely pleased and grateful.

This company went above and beyond to get the part needed to fix my AC. Where I was going to have to wait a week during heat advisory days, I only had to wait less than 24hrs. From the Supervisor who called the parts company himself to speed up delivery, to the secretary who addimately kept me in the loop, to the service guy that was prompt and professional. This company is a firm 10 in customer service!!! Thank you Elite for doing your job superbly 😁

Not only did they Install my new AC and Furnace. They also are wonderful people to work for. I am happy with my unit but also have been happy as an employee with wonderful bosses, through cancer, through COVID they are just wonderful and caring people. I recommend them on experience, knowledge, and especially character.

I got my condenser, coil and furnace replaced by elite service company, they did a awesome job, they are pretty knowledgeable on heat and cooling, I’m enjoying my cool house on those hot days , thank you elite

Elite gave me 2nd opinion which saved me thousands of dollars, as the 1st company told me a big part of my AC system had to be replaced which costed over $3200. Elite found the problem which was a just leak and fixed it quickly for 1/6 of total cost I would have paid to the 1st company if I hadn’t called Elite. I am SO GLAD I ended up hiring Elite, a company consumers can trust! Thank you!!

They have the best maintenance agreement in tulsa. It is a really good deal and I always know that if I do have a problem I dont have to worry about after hours fees or stuff like that because I have the agreement. They are always very polite and respectful, the office staff is amazing and always answers any questions I have. There is a new girl in the office named nicole and she is very helpful. I will never go anywhere else for hvac service.

Elite put in 2 new Energy Star HVAC units in our home last March. The units themselves are wonderful. The owner initially came out and gave us an estimate and laid out all of our options. He explained the pros and cons of each system and helped us decide which one was best within our budget, and even helped us with the financing. We bought the units from Elite because we had used their service before, and were always impressed with the friendliness, efficiency, knowledge, and professionalism with not only all of service technicians, but the company as a whole. They are very reasonably priced, and they always send someone out to help us within a day or two (if not the same day we called). I can't say enough good things about them. I highly recommend Elite for any heat and air services you need.

Called them the day my heater went out, they got me in the same day diagnosed and fixed the issue in under an hour. With temps being this low SUUUUUUUUUUPER glad to have heat in my home again. Greg was AMAZING! Thank you Elite!
