The technician called prior to appt and gave me a time. He was on time and had my ac working again in no time. Thank you for your help. Will definitely use you again if needed.

We've used Davis for over forty years. They installed the original unit when we built our house. Any time We've had an issue with our unit, which is seldom, it's good equipment, a technician has shown up within a couple of hours and if they're really busy just as soon as possible. Davis' techs are well trained they know the equipment and how to get it back on line. Never had a problem with Davis. Would always recommend them.
They were great and pedestal with good integrity I called them late on a Tuesday they scheduled me for Thursday on a busy week a man came on his lunch break on wensday the day before and fixed my unit because it was hot outside and very nice and showed us how to service our unit to save money and so there wouldn't be future problems we were grateful
Davis air conditioning is amazing! I would definitely use them again and refer them to anyone. My husband and I bought 3 ductless mini splits off line and they came and installed them and fixed some issues we had and showed us how they work and gave us great information! And when one of my units was acting up they came out and got it fixed! These guys rock! Dont look any further, call them today!
Davis tech bypassed the sensor that tells the outdoor unit when it’s out of Freon. This was necessary because the part needed to be ordered. After several weeks of nothing, I started inquiring often about what was taking so long. Despite being told it wouldn’t cost me anything because of the delay, I was charged for the part; which was supposedly installed why I was at work one day.
Several years later, my unit is on the fritz and the tech (not Davis) commented how the low Freon sensor is still bypassed. I have a leak in the air handler, and all the Freon leaked out but the unit didn’t know this because the original tech bypassed it.
So I was charged for a part that was never installed, which possibly resulted in the early failure of my unit.
They came out and inspected my system when I bought my house, and changed a sensor for free. They told me my system wouldn't last much longer, as it was about 20 yrs old. Sure enough, it quit 2 years later. They installed brand new inside and outside units. I feel they did a great job, and very fair priced. They informed me my gas provider would give me a $2000 rebate if I went with a gas furnace, which helped a lot with the cost.
