Steve came to look at my AC unit. He was absolutely fantastic!! He explained everything that he was doing. He didn't try to sell me something I didn't need and got my AC working at a very reasonable cost. By the time he left, we were great friends!! He's friendly and very professional and did a wonderful job. Steve is absolutely a valuable asset to Triple Play!!!

We had inquired last year about replacing our units but just weren’t ready to move forward at the time. We contacted Triple Play a year later and they had our old quote and we’re happy to honor the same quote this year. These guys are awesome right from the start. We love the new units and the house is cooler than when it was a new house!! Would recommend Triple Play to all that need an upgrade!!! Thanks You Guys are Super Hero’s!!!

Hello, we are currently selling our home and triple play was called to do an inspection of our heat and air system as well as our sewer. They wanted to put in an entire new heat and air system due to it being 15 years old, even though it runs perfectly fine, which we compared to other companies in the area. Their prices are almost double if not triple the amount with a cheap brand of unit. Our sewer line also was looked at. The technician told us they would need to replace our entire sewer line and also put in a clean out, which they said we did not have. The funny thing is we have a clean out! Seems like they didn’t really know what they were talking about. We have two tree roots the size of pencil lead that are visible in the Sewer line that could easily be fixed via clean out or copper sulfate. I just think this business is out to get as much money as possible, wanting to quote an entire system replacement every time that they come out to do a quote. Would never recommend. Seems also that they don’t keep up with the codes of the areas they go and quote!

We hired Triple Play to remove old and install new HVAC for our daughter's house last year, and now for our house. From consultation to final walk-through, this company is the best! Thank you to these gentlemen--Austin J., Coby, Greg, Colt, Alvin, and Jeremy. We highly recommend Triple Play!!

A friend recommended Triple Play, my last Hvac person started the hard sell tactic, i scheduled a service to check a/c operation and check what they said i needed. The tech that showed up and on time was Steve K , he thoroughly checked the system, took pics to show me everything and took the outside unit apart to show me how filthy it was, BTW, i've has this serviced the last 3 Springs, he gave me an estimate, replace a failing part, they thoroughly cleaned the condenser, put everything back the way they found it. I believe i found my new hvac guy!!!

We had a new AC/Heater put in last year through Triple Play. This year we made sure that we contacted them to do our AC Tune Up as recommended. I contacted them via their text message option and asked how much an AC Tune up would cost. When they responded they told me $129.00. That is exactly what I expected to pay as that is what was quoted to me. We scheduled the service and on the day of the service, we were told near the end of the service that the total had come to around $260. I was furious. I do not like to be caught off guard and not given full information. The person who scheduled my service and who quoted me for the AC tune up could have said "The AC Tune Up is $129, and in addition to that you will be charged a Service fee of $129." When I explained to our technician that I was unhappy and that I was misled with the quote, he simply said "I'm sorry, I understand" and HE AGREED that it was misleading. I am extremely disappointed in your sales tactics as a company who claim that you are a "Trusted HVAC and Plumbing Company in Oklahoma, and you deliver budget-friendly and expert services that you can trust". I do not trust you at all when you cant even be informative during scheduling a service about the exact charges that will be expected of your customer to pay. I did end up paying the $250 member charge and not because I look forward to working with you for the next year, but because that was the cheaper way to pay the bill today. After a year I will be looking for an honest company who gives full disclosure on thier charges. I just hope that your work performed is not as untrustworthy as your front office is. You did not make this right and therefore I do intend to inform my friends and family of this incident because I do not want them to have the same expierence as I did today when you do not have funds to just give away.

Update: The General Manager Kevin, called my husband within 30 minutes of me leaving this review and did address and fix my complaint. I do appreciate them doing the right thing.

Kelley and Rachel, from Triple Play Services, visited our home to perform an A/C tune up. They were very cordial, personable and completed the tune up in a timely manner and without any sticker shock. They also walked us through their checklist and explained each step in detail.
They made suggestions as to things we should be aware of when the temperatures begin to rise.
Their professionalism is to be commended.

Austin with Triple Play just finished my first maintenance check on heat and air units. He was very professional, explained their programs, what issues might be in the future, notified me when heading my way, arrived on time and was very easy to understand and answered all of my questions. Would definitely recommend Triple Play.

When Jack and Kaiden serviced my air conditioner they were extremely quick and very friendly. My dogs loved them and we never had any problems!
