They were amazing and super responsive, always answered the phone and called me ahead of time to let me know they were on their way. Chris was our technician today and made sure our unit was running and functioning correctly. He was very nice and very professional, he let me tag along and ask questions and showed me what he was doing the for the whole process. I highly recommend Chris and this company! I will be using them for all of our future AC/Heating needs!

This is the second time that Moonlight has come out to my house. Just like last time the men who came out were very professional and kind. They explained everything they were doing, showed us how to work our new thermostat and ensured that our home was feeling good. I would recommend Moonlight to anyone for their heating/air systems. Absolutely incredible customer service! They came out to my house bright and early, unfortunately found out our compressor went out, and they gave us our options. Tommy was so honest, included his expertise with his diagnosis, and was quick to respond!!! Even loaned us a window unit while we waited for the install date. Within a few days, we now have a brand spanking new hvac system, with all the flu pipes, locks, pipes, etc and a new thermostat! Price was unbeatable. I will recommend to all my friends!!! My AC was blowing warm and I called on Memorial Day, Tommy was at my house within 15 minutes and figured out the issue immediately. He allowed me to use a window unit until they were able to get a new install scheduled. My quote was prepared immediately and sent to me. One week later, he has installed a new outside unit as well as new coil as well. I did not have the proper shit off outside, so they fixed that as well. Chris and Philip were very quick and had it done in just a couple of hours and both were amazing! I’ll never have another company out to check on any issues.

Moonlight mechanical technicians are quick, professional, and very knowledgeable. This is the fourth time using this company. The first two times was to get my old outdated system up and running. The Third time was for a complete install, and this last time to fix a fault caused by me. Each time Moonlight mechanical was very quick to respond, quick to fix, reasonably priced and they NEVER left me without an operational HVAC. These guys are the “real deal” call them 24/7, they’re quick to respond and you won’t be sorry.

Tommy from Moonlight Mechanical Heating and Air came and did my yearly services on my AC system. I am very glad to have found them. Tommy did an excellent job, I walked with him during his process while conducting his services. He was very friendly and took the time to show me each electrical testing results and explain what he he was checking. He did a great job in cleaning out my outside unit and bleaching our drain from my attic unit. Thank you very much for your professionalism and outstanding service. Definitely first class and I will strongly recommend you as the go to company for HVAC services.

Update! They did such a great job with the repairs, we had them install a split unit in the garage workshop. Their expertise was awesome! We needed a workaround for a long drainage and they were able to offer options. I appreciate that they listened to our needs and worked to find a solution. Great customer service!

Thank you so much for quick response. A lightning strike took out our A/C yesterday. Today it was over 90, but we were back up and cooling before afternoon! Chris and Phillip were friendly and knowledgeable. I needed a new circuit board for zoned cooling but they were able to work around it, order it, and explained everything thoroughly before leaving.
