ABS Heat & Air

Tried filing a claim to have our AC fixed through our home warranty, they contract with this company. ABS came out to our place in October last year, it's now March. I have called several times, they have seen the unit at least twice. They have had an excuse each time as to why they can't fix our unit, each time they complain about the warranty company. They keep saying it's easier if we pay them directly but they neither give us an estimate nor actually tell us what's wrong with it. Still have a broken AC unit.
Would recommend someone else

This company went above and beyond for us. We had been waiting for almost 2 weeks to get a new AC unit put in and so many other companies kept putting us off because it was so hot. This awesome company and these great guys came over on one of the hottest days of the year to spend several hours putting our new unit in. Thank you for keeping our family cool during this super hot time of year. Nice guys, easy to work with, and easy to get a hold of.

I will never ever use ABS again! Tech showed up drunk (and still drinking on the job!!), never fixed the problem, and won’t return calls. Made sure to charge though, that’s for sure! Reporting to BBB

I built a new home and they installed my entire heat and air system. Great people and they are honest.

He was there fast and got it up and running in no time at all :)
