Jd smith was my technician and man was he a great help! Did a great job and was very personal! Everyone else was a week out and with no ac 2 dogs and a 2 year old I couldn’t wait. He was here within 10min and had my ac fixed with 15min. I normally use air-con but thanks to jd you guys have earned a new customer thank you!

This was our first time using this company, and we won't be going anywhere else for our needs as long as they are around. They called to let me know they were running a bit behind and communicated very well. Very friendly and professional.

The staff was not only knowledgeable but honest and kind. They weren't just trying to sell a product, they were trying to make sure I had what I needed, which was not the biggest, fanciest unit. They were honest about cost to fix vs cost to replace, they didn't nickel and dime me to death first like other companies have done to me. They were fast, on time and very respectful every time they were at the house. They cleaned up after themselves and were in communication about every step. Whether you need a repair or a total replacement I would highly recommend them. They're the only company I will use for HVAC as long as I live in their service area.

A receptionist returned my call, and told me that they are not accepting any customers, so they wasted more of my time. I wish Google would not list these companies that won't do business with you.

We were in need of a new air conditioning unit. Sensible Air gave us several options to choose from and thorough information on each option. When they came out for the install they got it installed effectively and in the same day! They also made sure that we understood how to operate the thermostat and made sure everything was working correctly. Couldn’t ask for more. I highly recommend Sensible Air!

From the first contact to ask a few questions to setting the appointment and the tech doing the service was a fast and easy process. Great people to deal with. Answered all my questions. Eveyone that has walked in the house since the service could tell the difference right away.
