Great service from super friendly folks. They responded quickly and had my air back on even quicker. Haven’t found a price as fair as air factory in okc, highly recommend!

First day - no show. Eventually called and I gave him a second chance. He texted the second day and said enroute at the appointment time. Waited 1/2 hour tried to call - no answer. I texted him back and said “maybe” we should just cancel. He eventually replied ok. I immediately tried to call him - no answer. He cost me two 1/2 days off work and did not have the decency to speak with me. I was never rude or mean. Unbelievable!

Called the business and they said they could get to me the next morning and then received a text for my address and they could not come out. Said they would come out on Sunday and no response from them. Not sure how good of work they do but very disappointed in the level of commitment.

They were efficient, kind, and cheap! I will absolutely be using their services again in the future!

I called discount air first and I’m glad I did. I have several rental properties and bought service contracts for them all.

We've been using Discount Heating and Air to maintain our gas furnace for a couple years. When it reached the end of its life, we selected them to install a replacement and an AC unit. They were very easy to work with and professional.
