We had a power outage the day before and it fried our AC unit. We didn't realize this until the next morning and after calling multiple companies Bailey Brother's was able to come the same day. They were very professional and Patrick did a great job of contacting us and fixing our problem. We will use this company again.

I had a broken sewer line connected to my laundry room. One company I called wanted to charge me $2930 to bust out a floor drain and P-trap so they could get their camera in to find the leak, and then a similar amount to repair it. Another wanted to just start breaking up the concrete in the laundry room and follow it until they found the break. Since I didn't have a vent pipe on that line, Cody recommended I use a locating service to pinpoint the leak. I did, and for a couple hundred dollars, they marked the location in the dining room. When Cody and Shane broke up the floor, it was right there. They also found another break a few feet upstream. They replaced the cast iron with PVC and made sure it was all going downhill. I felt like they were committed to doing the job right and making sure I wouldn't have any issues with it later.

We were having issues with heating unit. Bailey Brothers responded immediately to our call and Patrick, service technician called to schedule time to come by. He arrived as scheduled and within minutes had diagnosed the problem. We had a bad circuit board. He did not have a replacement on his truck, but immediately got on the phone and tracked one down. It had to come from Tulsa. He told us it would be about two hours to receive, and he would come back immediately once he got it. In less than two hours Patrick called and had the replacement and came and switched out the circuit board and had us up and running. He was extremely professional and communicated very well with us throughout the entire process. He had an apprentice with him that day, young man named Ty. I was impressed on how he interacted with Ty and how he involved him in the entire process and taught him along the way. Great to see him taking time to do this. We have used Bailey Brothers for a long time and am always impressed with their service and the quality of people they have working for them.

Our heating system had stopped working a few days ago. I called Bailey Bros. because they had installed the unit about 8 years ago. Patrick came out the same day and was able to diagnose the problem and fully explained to me what was going on. He was able to do some things to get the unit running again. Some parts were going to need to be replaced so we went ahead and ordered the necessary parts since the unit is still under warranty. Parts arrived yesterday and Patrick was able to come out and fix everything in less than an hour.

Patrick installed my new high efficiency gas furnace in October. He informed me what was going on every step of the way and even showed me how the system works on a technical level. I was very pleased with his high quality of workmanship. It shows how much pride he takes in his work by the clean install. Even when I had an issue in January, he called me and was able to come out on the same day (issue turned out to be a 3rd party thermostat malfunction and not any of Patrick's work). If you have HVAC related issues, I would highly recommend Patrick to anyone.

Noticed a leak in the hot water heater closet on the weekend, Bailey Brothers had a tech out the next day for me. Our tech Aaron B. was very knowledgeable and diagnosed the problem quickly. He was even able to fix a very annoying whining sound coming from our shower. I'm very happy with our service and will use Bailey Brothers again next time we have a problem!

I always had a good services with Bailey brothers until now . I called to ask plumber came in to check what wrong with my washer because every time we do laundry, water always got back to the house . Technician named Cody came to my house walked around for 2 mins even didn’t go down to check plumbing or what wrong and then told me “ I don’t know if I can fix it because I don’t know what wrong “ and then charged me for 89$ to come out . Ok I willingly to pay 89$ to come out but at least check to see what problem and solution to fix it . But No I got to paid him to walk around my house for 2 mins and paid him 89$. I called tried to talk with manager . They said he will call me back waited for a month and then I canceled payment on my credit card and now they called me back and said I got to pay 89$??? No way . It’s a big scam ever , Cody didn’t even go down on my plumbing to check what wrong and want me to pay for him ??? So Scammers . I will tell everyone don’t use their service anymore .

Experienced a severe stoppage in my home sewer system. Bailley took my call, followed up until their technician arrived, and resolved my issue. They followed up with a thorough cleaning of the sewer lines at my request, all at a reasonable rate. Being new to the area, I needed someone I can count on. We have used Bailey Brothers twice in the last year: last summer for our air conditioner and just last week on our furnace. Patrick was our service technician both times and he was fantastic! The temperatures were extreme in both cases and Patrick was here within 2 hours both times. Last Friday on December 23rd our furnace went out in the morning on the coldest day in decades. I was frantically trying to get anyone out to fix it and due to demand everyone was booked. Patrick was out in less than 2 hours and had it fixed within 10 minutes- fortunately a minor issue. Patrick is extremely polite, quick to diagnose the problem and always explains the issue. 5 stars for both service calls and for Patrick!!
