Heat Cool

We needed to add a new AC unit to our home in Bend. Jason gave us a very fair price, and we ended up replacing the heater at the same time. He got the job done as promised during the busy season! We had a minor freon leak a year later and he came out to fix it. They were easy to work with, great pricing, great install and follow up.

I got several estimates and was not satisfied with any of them. Out of luck, I found Heat Cool and am so thankful that I did! Their estimate was extremely more reasonable and fair. I was also very impressed by their "down to earth" attitude and demeanor. I didn't feel "sold" or "taken advantage of" like I did with other companies that gave me estimates. I received prompt, efficient service and I couldn't be happier! I would highly recommend this company!

We had a great experience with Heat Cool. Jason (the owner) went out to Sunriver to check what we needed the same day I called. He gave me a quote that day and got the job done next morning (and it was a Saturday). We were having guests arriving later that day, and thanks to Heat Cool the house was ready.

They replaced my old furnace, installed A/C, installed an electrostatic air filter, on time, at budget, and with 0% financing. Since then, they have been out to service the system and again did a prompt and professional job. They are good!

AC on Friday night of early June, heat on Sunday during the cold rain. Silent, evenly dispersed moving air blankets the room. He was responsive to any concerns we had and followed up in person.
