Sean and Stephanie Came through for a duct cleaning, and they were friendly, professional, efficient, and on-time. Sean gave me the rundown on all the fur from my two very sheddy dogs that was getting in there, and recommended an annual cleaning without a hint of over-salesmanship. I will definitely be contacting AAA for my cleaning next year.

I just had a heat pump system installed by AAA and I am really pleased by the work. From the beginning, Eric was really patient and knowledgeable and did a really thorough job explaining my options (I had gotten quotes from other companies who seemed disinterested in explaining the details to me). Josh, John, and Jessie did the installation work and they did a great job and were very personable (which hasn’t always been the case with service people from other companies). Sean and Stephanie cleaned my ducts (which was badly needed) and were really efficient and friendly and, did not seem to judge me for my dirty ducts. In general, I’ve found everyone I’ve met so far at AAA to be really helpful, they do great work, they’re responsive, and really decent people to be around.

They reached out to us to schedule a filter replacement for our new furnace which was covered under warranty. While here the tech sold my wife on a surge protector, convincing her the circuit breaker was not safe enough for our AC unit (which hasn’t been a problem for years), but didn’t fix the banging noise the new furnace makes. Not only was it overly expensive and unnecessary, but it’s also a big ugly nightlight in the middle of our outdoor space. Now I have a $350 eyesore to remind me not to trust AAA.

Tyler did a great job with my annual furnace and a/c checkup. He was on time, efficient and happily answered any questions I had. And he was very kind and patient with my dog, who was sad to see him go.

Initially we went with AAA heating & cooling to replace our water heater. Josh did a fantastic job on the install and hauling away the old water heater.

I was really pleased with the communication and professionalism of AAA heating & Cooling we decided to go with them to replace our furnace and add an A/C unit to our system. Boomer came out to give us a quote, he was very personable, and the scope of the quote was thorough. Boomer answered all our questions and helped direct us towards which units had the features we wanted and fit into our budget. They got us on the schedule within a week. John came out for the install and exceeded our expectations. John made sure to take time and go over everything he would be doing over the 2 day install. We showed him where we wanted the A/C unit installed outside and made sure all the lines run inside were streamline and clean. His attention to detail was outstanding, he even took a little extra time to redo some of the venting he put in for the furnace to make it look cleaner.

And finally, Stephanie and Sean came out to round out the install with a duct and vent cleaning. They were no exception: Professional, thorough and went above and beyond to make sure the forced air system was clean and running efficiently.

Tyler is always professional and friendly and get the service done thoroughly. Been using AAA H&C for a number of years and never disappointed in their work. Great follow up and great service all around! Thanks!

My family has used AAA Heating & Cooling for over ten years. They replaced our furnace and installed our air conditioner. Their personnel are always reliable and professional. Today, Phalen performed our yearly maintenance check. He did an excellent job, was very polite and explained everything he had checked and how the system was doing.
