Nick was a pleasure to work with. He and his team installed our AC very efficiently and made sure all our concerns and questions were answered. I would highly suggest doing business with his company!

We had our AC go out this summer during the heat wave and Nick was there within 12 hours of us calling. He was kind, gave us the best deal and presented options. Great service and really cares about the customer and project. Will work above and beyond to make the customer happy.

If you are looking to upgrade to an environmentally-friendly and energy-efficient heating and cooling system, turn to these guys! I called them up for a quote and they came by a few days later and performed a thorough walkthrough, answered allll my questions, and followed up promptly with a super detailed proposal with everything spelled out. Although the heat pump equipment had a 2 month lead time, they kept me posted with updates regularly, and got right on it as soon as the equipment arrived. I have been loving the system and the new smart thermostat...and my AC bill has gone down noticeably! I referred them to my sister who lives close by and would suggest them to anyone looking for a high quality HVAC system!

Our relationship with Geonomic has been rocky but is in the process of being corrected. We've had issues with our Bosch heat pump from the start, and getting help has been trying. There is an understanding on our side that supply issues and high consumer demand can cause delays, and it seems they have an understanding of the difficulty a customer can have when the HVAC system in a house fails and the installers are slow to respond. This said, the two Nicks are doing what's in their power to resolve our situation and we are currently waiting for replacement parts to be delivered and diagnostics/warranties to be processed. Geonomic offers good prices and ingenious solutions and they seem truly committed to their business, so we will gladly make this a 5 start review once the issue is finally resolved. Update: We finally got a new unit installed and hopefully the warranty will cover the damages.

I have a very unusual house-5 separate levels due to an addition. Originally it had 3 separate duct systems, a forced air electric upside down driving the heat under and up thru the house, a AC unit in a crawl space and a heat pump of the newer half of the house. Geonomic did the impossible and replaced all 3 units with a single Bosch unit. It took Nick and Nick 2 3 hour sessions to figure this ducting system out. Love the unit and am not sure any other company could have pulled it off as they did. They were on time and schedule and budget-an awesome crew.

A few years ago I paid $18,000 to this outfit for a geothermal system. Last fall I asked Nick Mitchell to return and replace the ductwork because I couldn't afford new ductwork when I purchased the system. Something major and very serious has happened. The first day he was 5 hours late. The second day he didn't show up at all. Finally when he did come I had an appointment and had to leave the house, which I locked because he didn't need entry but I returned to a freezing house (during the pandemic last October), no Nick, no text. no message, no heat. Hired a new company to make an emergency call during the night and they discovered Nick had deliberately destroyed the heating pump, cut wires in both the furnace and heat pump. Unbelievable! He was just supposed to replace the ductwork. There was no reason to touch anything else. Yes, I filed a CCB report but he won't pony up the money to repair the damages he caused. Genomic has offered to do the repairs at no cost and that sounded like a good idea for about 3 seconds. I would never be able to go to sleep without fear of a house fire. I notified local police but they don't pursue crimes committed by a contractor apparently. But I haven't given up. I still have heat on an emergency bypass system but no AC. If you want a nightmare. call this company. You might want to go to law school first.

These guys were rockstars once again. From start to finish I could not be happier with the set up and installation of central cooling in my home.

It was early August with a week of 100degree temps coming and Nick stayed until 7PM on a Friday night to get the unit running before the weekend. He came back in his Saturday and stayed until 9PM to finish the installation, clean-up, and set up the new thermostat.

Running electrical from the panel to the unit was difficult in my home and Nick literally crawled into a space I did not believe anyone could've fit and he got it done.

To top of off, I called around and was looking at 3-4 weeks out on an air conditioning unit and he got me a top of the line 3.5 ton Trane unit in 3 days.

These guys installed cooling at my previous home as well. Highly recommend.

I'm in a 1950s house, which was built with an oil burning furnace. When it was time to get rid of it, we were very happy that we picked Geonomic to guide us through the process. Oregon DEQ requires soil samples be taken to ensure that an oil tank hasn't leaked into the surrounding soil. Unfortunately, the oil tank behind the house was a case in which such leakage did occur. Geonomic found us a reasonably priced contractor to remove the tank and fix the problem. When it came time to pick a heating/cooling system, Nick prepared a detailed list of options. They like to highlight the energy efficient systems. We ended up getting the high efficiency gas system. It's far more reliable, cleaner, and cheaper than the oil furnace.

Multiple times I contacted Nick with questions; he was prompt with a response. From my experience, I can tell Geonomic puts the customer first, in communicating, giving you options, fulfilling obligations in a timely manner, and trying to deliver an affordable price. I was excited to learn they even installed a new WIFI thermostat that I can control from my phone. It's designed to learn your habits and know when to appropriately heat or cool your house. It operates on economy, which I think is a principle that best describes Geonomic.

We could not have been more pleased with the work of Geonomic Developments. Nick and his crew took great care in finding the best heating and cooling solution for our 1938 home--going the proverbial "extra mile" in exploring all possible options--from geothermal to more traditional "heat pumps". They do not take a "cookie-cutter" approach to their business, but instead are genuine practitioners of "design thinking". This is a great outfit, and we're grateful for all of their diligent work!

Great customer service! We have used Geonomic Developments to install and/or update our HVAC systems in 5 separate rental properties now. Each time they have been prompt, efficient and knowledgable. At no time did we feel like they were trying to sell us something we did not need. I would definitely recommend them!
