This company's driver hit my car and they refused to provide their insurance info when I called because the info the driver gave me was bogus. When I told them how absurd it was they hung up on me. Then preceded to call the police on me when I said I'd come down to speak with the manager. Apparently, I was speaking to the manager, she's just a liar. THEY ARE SHADY AND RUDE. Don't do business with this company they aren't worth your money.

They’ve been in charge of the AC for a building that I just bought 2 years ago, for about 10/15 years. When I purchased the building, I continued service with them. Last summer, when the heat got crazy, the AC stopped working and they couldn’t get anyone out there for 3 weeks. I opted to call a different company, who was there same day and they fixed it. Hunter-Davisson showed up 4 days later, without letting me know and after I told them I don’t need them to come out. They did not do anything, as the unit had already been repaired by someone else. They sent me a bill for “fixing the unit” which I obviously refused to pay. They stopped doing the usual services we have scheduled without notifying me. After 8 months, my tenant informed me they haven’t been coming to do the maintenance. The level of unprofessionalism to stop performing a service that we are in contract for without mentioning it is unbelievable. Overall, the company has miserable management and customer service in my experience. I will never recommend this company to any body, and will never use them again.

They came to service my AC unit. Work was fine. But they charged me 2 hours when they were here for less than 1 hr = $140.00 over charge

I partnered with Hunter Davisson in early 2012. Our first project together involved the replacement of multiple 1986 rooftop units sized between 15-50 tons, and a tightly controlled 30,000 CFM make-up air system with direct fired heat and mechanical cooling.

I've used this company several times with mixed experiences to repair commercial refrigeration. They charge beginning when they leave their previous job, so be aware the clock starts long before they show up. The last two times I had them out to diagnose and repair a freezer unit they did not fix it - they tried but failed both times. Expensive for me. I called another company out which diagnosed the problem in 15 minutes and fixed it in less than 30.
