I called Curtis Heating and Cooling and talked to Mike. I had questions and issues with a mini-split unit on a food trailer. He walked me thru some quick trouble shooting ideas, then showed up after hours with a smile on his face and got my unit working correctly. The trailer went quickly from 120° to 75° very quickly. Kristi is thrilled and we highly recommend using Curtis!

Our Thermocouple went out and we did not have any hot water, so we called Curtis and he quickly returned our call after hours on a weekend, scheduled and came to help us the same day (within 2 hours), and replaced the Thermocouple in a timely manner with a kind and courteous disposition. We are grateful for the wonderful customer service provided with our part replacement on our water heater. Thank you for helping us so quickly. Well done!
