This required thorough planning for placement of ducting throughout multiple levels without unnecessary lose of precious closest space. Joe was professional, timely, and had an in-depth discussion on which system I needed, didn't try to up-sell me even though I thought I needed a more expensive unit. His workmanship was clean and neat. The job was finished on time.

Joe and crew installed my new Weil McClain boiler and hot water heater. Removed old expansion tank, 30+ year old heater and cleaned up lines running to new boiler with shut-off valves to boiler, for easy maintenance down the line. Joe has the knowledge and his prices are very competitive. I highly recommend him for your plumbing and heating needs!

Joe cleaned out our two ductless AC split units. He not only did an amazing job, but he provided service under tight timeline. I strongly recommend Quallet HVAC to anyone needed quality HVAC repair and great service, at a reasonable price.

I really enjoyed talking with Joe, and he gave me a good price on a mini-split AC system. His workers wrongly connected the handlers in 2 or the 3 bedrooms, but Joe came back and corrected the problem. This was in the summer of 2021. Then I noticed that the outside hoses had not been properly covered all the way, and I called Joe's attention to that. He promised to deal with it. Well, I called and texted him perhaps a dozen times over the next year, and it still isn't taken care of. So, while I would like to give Quallet 5 stars, I can give them only 3.

Definitely unreliable and unprofessional. I generally hesitate to comment on service companies. This is the 2nd time I had similar non-responsive from Quallet HVAC, They installed the unit and it is covered under warranty. Repeatedly calling them for one week and not able to reach get them take a look is unaccepted. After a negative comment, they quickly respond with excuses.
