Grant, the repairman showed up almost as soon as my time window opened, and he was fast and efficient, along with being personable. He did the project and within minutes my heater and air-conditioning were fixed. I appreciated the whole process of dealing with this company, from the person whom I dealt with on the original call Duane to Grant, and will call on them for any additional assistance that I need in the future.

From the work tech Dorian to the sales rep Darren to the 3 install techs, Abel, Cory, and the third I can't recall his name our experience was top notch. Dorian did a thorough check to be sure we had a cracked heat exchanger so we weren't replacing furnace without confirmation. Darren was easy to project with and gave us all the options available including 0% financing. When the installs guys came it was discovered we needed to have a scuttle hole retrofitted as access to our attic is small and too tight. Within an hour carpenter was there and gone an hour later having left ZERO mess despite cutting through plaster in wood lathe. He hung and laid down plastic and did a beautiful job. Thanks to all the crew that came out and got our system installed in such a timely and professional fashion. Would recommend 100%

Jalen and Bruno were awesome! I can’t say enough about this company. I am so thrilled they added to their list of services, drains. Having a building built in the mid 50’s comes with it's problems with pipes and backups. Last year I hired another Company to come out and repair my back up overflow. They came out I paid hundreds of dollars and a week later it started overflowing again. That company would not come and fix the issue (they shall remain nameless). I called Steven heating and cooling and they came out fixed the issue a year later had a service update today and is looking great! They save me hundreds of dollars and are professional, kind, and right to the point. I recommend this company for any of their services.

Shane performed the first annual upkeep on our new steam boiler installed last February. checked out A- . He explained in greater detail than the installers in February the next steps for ongoing boiler maintenance. He knows how to put this information in terms the customer can understand. He is thorough and we feel confident in his expertise. Thanks for your polite service, Shane!

My 89 year old mother (who has mild dementia) reported to me that Tim was nice and did a terrifc task of repairing the leaky valve next to her washing machine. He then, although he was not obligated, hooked up her new washing machine and even showed my mother how to begin it. She is just pleased with Tim’s work and relieved to have her washer ready to use!
