We recently had Berks Energy install mini splits throughout our home and we couldn’t be happier. The installation was done in a very professional manner and we were extremely pleased with how neat and efficient the team worked in handling the installation. It was definitely a good decision and we recommend going with Berks Energy for any heating or air conditioning.

They installed a new heating and air conditioning unit for us and have been out prior for some small jobs. My central air fizzled out last night, and the thermostat displayed multiple -- and terrifying -- errors. Jeff was able to stop by in the morning, diagnose the issue (a faulty blower motor), and return only a few hours later to fully install and test. Great same-day service from an amazing HVAC company. I needed a new boiler to replace my near 25-year-old unit that had become unreliable. Berks Energy provided a very fair price, access to financing, and professional installation. They arrived when they promised and finished the job in a timely fashion. When they left, the area was spotless. I would highly recommend them!

My service was great at first. I called they came right away. Quick service, less than an hour and said it was fixed and left. Later that night found out heater was out again and not fixed. I called back left voicemail letting them know of the issue and what I should do. Because it was the weekend I waited until Monday to hear back . No phone call back, I called another company. They came out and noticed carbon monoxide smell coming out of the exhaust pipe outside the house, and said right away the furnace was shot. We needed to shut everything off immediately and buy a completely new furnace (which isn’t cheap) If the technician didn’t know what he was doing honesty would have been best. I ended up having to pay $139 for a job not fixed and then buying a new furnace from another company. What made it worse was the lack of professionalism or courtesy call back with an apology for issue not fixed. Will never use again.
