Bob took wonderful care of us! As a commercial contractor, I tend to expect a higher level of service and professionalism than most residential contractors are able to offer. Bob and his team exceeded our expectations at every level. From straightforward honest pricing, to an unparalleled commitment to get the job done in a timely fashion and make the repairs he promised to make over and over again until it was completed. (We have a problematic boiler that the crew basically rebuilt from the ground up!). Even installed an air scrubber on the A/C in an effort to help combat my wife’s severe allergies. I would recommend these guys to anyone! I only wish they did commercial work so they could be my “go to” HVAC contractor! Exceptional service!

These guys did an amazing job from start to finish! I was able to leave my house while they did the work and felt completely comfortable doing so. When they were done, you would have never known there was work completed. They were super courteous and the job was left spotless! I would recommend this company to anyone looking for this type of work. Not to mention their sales team was NOT pushy at all and very informative and customer service was beyond helpful, something that doesn't happen too often these days. This company is top-notch!

Ten year customer and will continue to be. Excellent customer service, their Manager Pedro is top notch. They are really committed to offering a fair service at a reasonable price. I had an issue that I felt wasn't properly addressed and they made it right by the end of the business day. In a world full of automated customer service robots that run you around in circles until you give up, these guys get it right.

What a great experience working with Services United! I initially used them to perform maintenance on a gas furnace. Then we had them replace a 20+ year old AC system and also added a Reme Halo air purifier. The staff was great to work with. They explained everything clearly and were very flexible when it came time to schedule the work. The technicians were friendly, knowledgeable, and left the house very clean! They took the time to explain the new system and what to look out for.
I’m very pleased with Services United and will be using them for future maintenance on this HVAC.

My In-laws have been using these guys for a few years and they're particularly hard to please (as I'll attest!). So we gave them a shot at a new AC unit. Got 4 quotes and these guys were both the most impressive AND cheapest so we booked the work. Office staff was fantastic, communications were outstanding, they came out quickly and finished the job in no time. Very clean, they left no trace other than a new AC unit, neatly installed. As for improvements, I got nothing. This one was perfect. Thanks, guys!

Great team! Air conditioning and furnace needed to be replaced. Units were evaluated and replaced three days later. All reps were pleasant and polite and arrived on time. Very pleased with units.

A heartfelt THANK YOU to SU for their exemplary customer service, technical skills and consideration to our situation. I am a loyal customer for years; my family member had “service contract” with another local service who cannot be described with having any of the above qualities; that service couldn’t fix it for over a week. I called SU and explained the situation that my family members’s A/C broke in the dead heat of summer. They came out within hours, put a “rush” on an ordered part and a technician worked overtime on a holiday weekend to install so my family member had A/C before the 90 degree weather hit us. Excellent experience with Services United regarding a conversion from oil to natural gas. From the estimator /sales engineer(Stan), to the install crew (Dale, Phillip and others), to final system start-up (Matt), and good communication all along with Jerri at the office.

They came out on a Friday to look at my HVAC. And turned around and scheduled me on a Monday. By that afternoon I had a completely new system installed at a really affordable price. They did great work and were timely and professional.
