Harris sold and installed a Generac standby generator for us. The whole process from initial quote to final installation was professional and caring. I would recommend them highly to anyone thinking about this major purchase.

I've been meaning to write a review.... We've used Harris Fuel to install our central a/c unit this past summer ( happy to get rid of window units).. We have been extremely satisfied with their service, John our salesman answered all of our questions, he is very professional answered all our questions making sure we understood everything.. I was a little worried the second floor would not cool down, John assured me we would not have any problems cooling upstairs. ( upstairs cools off just as he said it would) We also use Harris for our home heating service this company has been GREAT for the last 30 plus yrs we have used them!!! Thank You Harris Fuel for being so great

Harris Comfort recently installed a whole home generator at my house. I called a few places and they had the best price. The crew arrived on time and did a great job with the install. Very professional operation.

UPDATE 7-4-2020: As of today the only thing this company has done was to replace the melted coils(shown in pictures), from the generators main box that wasnt even connected to my mothers generator or house at the time of replacement. We had to have it removed by an electrician who upgraded the breaker box to avoid a MAJOR electrical fire. A Harris employee replaced them in a box that was disconnected and sitting in a storage area while we try to scrap together the funds to have it reconnected. They took advantage of my mentally challenged nephew and mother who are trusting and gained access to the locked storage area. The generator is useless. After paying over $10,000 to Harris to install it,we cannot afford the $1000 quote to have it hooked up again and it sits unusable! They refuse to fix the problem or assist my fixed income mother at all. The course of action they took, with malice and forethought, was to replace the melted coils within the generators main box that isnt even hooked up to anything. THANKS HARRIS!!!
Harris claims, " If you have an emergency, just call us" and that they are " Always open". My parents trusted this company to take care of ALL their heating, AC needs for many years. So much so that they had them install new units when the time came to replace them. After the last major hurricane in our area, i believe sandy hit in 2012, so this would have been 2013, my parents trusted them to install and service a whole home generator system. My disabled mother ( 8 strokes in 2018) and autistic nephew have been living with only 1/2 of their electric working in the house now for 3 weeks. I've called and had PECO electricians out 3 times, they test everything from the pole to her breaker box, I was told its a relay switch in the generators main which is the problem, after the 2nd PECO visit and the 1st electrician inspection (by the way, they agreed its the reset relay) this reset relay switch tripped and couldn't be reset fully, I inspected the box because only 1/2 of the home had electric, and when I attempted to use the procedures shown to me by the electrician to engage this switch, the box started smoking. I called Harris immediately to report what was going on. 1 technician arrived took a quick look, I showed him the coil in pic below and how the black, cloth tape was melted and that it was probably the source of the smoking. He then proceeded to call in another person (let's face it, thats never good) to "test" everything and concluded that the problem lies within the main breaker in my mothers breaker box. They were able to restore full power to her home for a brief period. This lasted until Friday nite 5-24-19. when her electric failed again, I was concerned as any reasonable person would be, about my mothers safety over the long weekend and since they were able to restore her power once, I called them again. This time a grumpy man who said she is screwed over the holiday, they had no one to come take care of it and refused to assist, After pleading and pointing out my mother cannot walk they sent a tech out who demonstrated he had no idea what he was doing. He left 2 screws (no idea where they go) and his pocket screw driver inside the generators main box. He was unable to restore her power. Ok, no biggie.....we will have the main breaker fixed, set an appt to have the 2nd electrician come out on Tuesday 5-28-19. This person enlightened me to the fact that the 220 amp main breaker installed into a 110 amp breaker box in my mothers home, that Harris's technicians also insisted was the problem, had to be installed by someone working for Harris when they put in the new 75 amp generator. I sent them a plea to please fix or at least make an attempt to fix the breaker they installed into my mothers home, yesterday at approx. 8 am, but as of yet, no response. Now due to her sump pump being on the 1/2 of the houses curcuit that isnt working her basement has flooded!! How can anyone with a conscience allow this to continue and create even more hardship for someone disabled and is basically at their mercy!

The team arrived on time, removed and hauled away the old heater (damaged in the flood July 12, 2021) and installed the new heater, all the work was done very professionally and the team was respectful of my property and left the basement as clean as they found it. I have been doing busy with Harris for many years now and plan on continuing to do so. Thank you for a job well done.

My grandmother recently had a new heater installed after numerous service calls and money spent trying to fix the old one. The salesperson assured her that the new heater would be smaller than her old one. Fast-forward to the installation: the new heater is larger than the old one and there was no room for the boiler so it is raised to the ceiling. There was also a new hole knocked into the wall during installation, which was crudely patched. Even if you've had this company for years and trust them implicitly, rethink it before having an installation.

Harris installed our whole house generator in 2018. We have been extremely happy with their service. Jonathan recently did our annual maintenance. He was very helpful and professional, answered all my questions and made sure that I understood what to do if I had any problems. I would highly recommend Harris to anyone interested in their services!

Right from the start this company was great. They returned phone calls, were on time for the estimate appointment, got an estimate quickly and was even earlier to install than originally expected. Installation team was at the house right at 730am as promised and they were a great group of guys. Explained everything, clean, professional and cleaned up their work area. They were friendly and all seemed to really enjoy working with each other. Glad I have chosen this local family business.

This company was very responsive and professional. I am happy with the ductless AC/heating unit they installed in my home. I got quotes from other companies and Harris was the cheapest for the same unit. They were able to schedule the installation quickly and completed it in the time they had told me. I would recommend this company!
