Several years ago, they fixed my heater for half the price of Horizon. When it was time to replace the heater and A/C, they had the best price. Very friendly and accommodating!

Stay away. Recommended and sold us a TRANE air conditioner, paid $5K for it, serviced it annually, "Control board for blower" dies after 4 years in July during 100 degree weather. 4 days for ERS to effect repair.....paid a total of $600 to get the A/C working again. NOT Efficient, NOT Reliable. I only put 1 star because 0 stars is not accepted.

They came almost immediately to service our furnace just in time for winter. Hillary in the office was great. Very pleased with the service.

They are great! Very reliable company and their prices are the lowest around. We will use them for any future services!
