Doug and his team provide consistently amazing customer service. They always clean up their work area, wear shoe covers, communicate regarding arrival time (almost down to the minute) and take the time to explain procedures that they will be doing and answer our (many) questions ! We have never had a bad experience and highly recommend this business.

Not only did the technician track whatever bonding material they used to install the attic fan all over the carpet on my stairs (which hardened and is now a permanent reminder of their carelessness), but the newly installed attic fan has stopped working only 8 months in. Our previous attic fan worked for 16 years so I am assuming they used an inferior product. Definitely do not recommend
Regarding the owners' response below - I don't use my real name on here for obvious reasons as many people do not - so duhhh if you don't find Autumn Dreams in your system. Secondly, I do wish I could remember, but a truck with a different name was sent out to us and Doug Heath assured me it was one of their partners they work with. The work was done end of June 2022 in Elkins Park. I am not making this up.

I would not hesitate to hire Doug again. He was responsive, honest, and showed up when he said he was going to. He used a drop cloth and shoe covers to protect the workspace and cleaned up when he was done. Everything looks and works great!

I have used Heath Mechanical Services for many jobs. They are the BEST! When I first moved to Cheltenham last year, Doug Heath came and repaired our air conditioner. He and his crew did an excellent job at a good price. After that job I have called them many times, from installing a dishwasher to changing out toilets, fixing leaky pipes, installing a sink in the laundry room, updating thermostats, and even installing a ceiling fan. He and the young men that work for Heath are excellent, punctual, friendly, and competent. I give them the highest rating.

Heath mechanical are very professional, they installed a new AC unit for me last year and were very quick, clean, and affordable. All of the techs that came in the house wore shoe coverings and masks. They came out a couple of days ago to service my heater and again we’re very professional, clean and quick. I highly recommend Heath Mechanical.

It’s been almost three years that we moved into a condo-building with an extremely sophisticated heating system. Since we are surrounded by four neghbouring units (left, right, above, and below) and an air-conditioned corridor, we didn’t immediately notice that our heating didn’t actually work. It has to be really cold outside for our apartment temperature to become uncomfortable, but it does happen and we get concerned for our little children. Over these years, we have had half a dozen HVAC specialists come and check the heater out, including the maintenance guy from the building itself. Not a single one of them would even attempt fixing the heating system, as they said they could not guarantee the result. We pretty much gave up thinking about fixing the heater and resorted to using space heaters.
By accident we learned about Doug Heath (Heath Mechanical Services) and decided to give it another try. And he worked a miracle! Actually, it hardly took him 20 minutes to diagnose the problem and solve it. He is highly professional and efficient. We wholeheartedly recommend Doug to anyone!
