Very little communication. Showed up without notice and did work without an estimate. Didn't have anything but a step ladder to to do service from the weather head to meter box. I sent pictures so he was aware of height for ladder. Drove on lawn with truck and put ruts in yard so he could put step ladder in bed of truck to reach weather head. Entire experience was very unprofessional and was really a complete circus. Took 100 dollars off a very high bill with no respect for the labor cost on my end. I would stay clear of this company.
