I realized our air conditioning was not working this morning. I call J & G @8:30 AM. Our air was fixed by 10:30 AM. Totally impressive! The Service Tech was wonderful. Very kind and friendly. He even took the time to have a conversation with my 5 year old grandson.
They installed our geothermal system 13 years ago. We've only had minor service 2 times since then.
I would definitely recommend this company!

Very unprofessional. Messaged me at 645 in the morning. I had inquired on one of the home repair sites and they contacted me. I let them know, that I would get back to them if and when I choose to have them come out. I politely messaged back and let them no need anymore for the service and that I could not believe that they would message me at 645 in the morning. The screenshot is below of the conversation and how rude they were.

Glen and Bay repaired an exterior faucet I tried to replace myself but had trouble soldering fittings. Showed up within 20 minutes of speaking to Glen on the phone. Very professional and knowledgeable. Will be using there services in the future
