The Goodman central air system was installed efficiently and professionally. The installers were competent, careful, and polite and kept everything clean. The Burkholder's was helpful and responsive at every step of the way to get the old system replaced for my 98-year old father. He is now enjoying some cool comfort as the brutal heat of summer has arrived.

Luis the salesman was very friendly and helpful. Ryan and Kenny installed my furnace. They were very friendly and informative.

This is a wonderful company with employees that are professional, knowledgeable and efficient. They installed a new central air system for me, removed the old system, and have done regular maintenance and repairs on both my heating and air conditioning units. Easy to work with, patient in answering questions and friendly, on time service.

This organization is a joke. I spent over 40k for a geothermal unit that simply does not work. They have poorly trained poorly mannered technicians that do not know what they are looking at or how to provide any meaningful guidance. They do seem to have an over supply of snarky receptionists that answer their telephone calls. Maybe they would be friendlier if people weren't so upset with this organization.

did a great job replacing an oil heating and air cond system; they were the only company we contacted that handled all aspects of the job - electrical, plumbing, oil tank removal, etc. - so didnt have to manage the job ourselves as the other companies required; price was fair and probably on the lower end of the bids received; sales person responded promptly to all questions and followup; workers were efficient and kept us informed of their progress; highly recommend

Our AC quit working during the warm spell a month ago. I was disappointed that they did not return my call quickly - they did apologize for that! A repair was scheduled quickly after that and the technician repaired the problem in a very short time.

Excellent service. Kevin was prompt, courteous and "spoke the language" so i understood exactly what he did. Very tidy and extremely thoughtful.
