My furnace started acting up all of a sudden, and after two days of trying to figure it out ourselves, my boyfriend contacted John Weidman and Sons. Dave came out and was super informative and educated. He was quick and figured out that there was something wrong with the blower. He was able to fix the issue in a timely manner and my house finally had heat again. I can’t recommend this company enough, it was the best experience I have had with HVAC companies. Definitely a hardworking and reliable crew! Five stars all the way!

Sometimes the best solution to your problem is right in your back yard. Paul Hill has been our neighbor for almost twenty years. He always helped his neighbors when snow started falling.When we needed help with our heat pump system he and his company came to our rescue. Within one day our stress dealing with other companies ended. Paul even apologized other companies mistakes. He told us we are now part of his family. I can't thank them enough for what you did for us . If you need similar help there is no need to call anyone else.

I have been a satisfied customer for years. They won my business when I had a problem with my furnace. It was extremely dirty and in need of service. They came out and spent hours (out of necessity, it was bad) and stayed late to finish the job. I save so much heating oil each year since and feel confident that my furnace is working and safe. I really appreciate the extra effort and time spent, it meant a lot to me. My fuel oil is delivered in a reasonable time frame and I really appreciate the helpfulness of the staff. I recommend John Weidman and Sons to literally everybody!

A very nice bunch of people to deal with.this company has the best price around for fuel.they make sure if you're low on fuel they work hard to make a delivery for you.they changed my filler end so they could get my tank full at no extra cost.i have been with this company for over three years and have no complaints with them.

I would never recommend them to anybody else the girl at the front who is making the calls and coordinating the service. Absolutely have no manners no courtesy to make a quick call if you’re not at home to let you know what’s going on with never ever go back to them again . They should send her to get sod on proper professional behavior.

J weidman and sons is horrible!!!! The customer service BLOWS and i will never reccomend to anyone; in fact i will tell them how terrible my experience this year was. Ordered oil on a wednesday, was promised itd be delievered by Friday as we were out completely. Friday comes, no word. Call at 1 pm, told theyll call me back. No one knows anything. No call back so i call back at 430 just to get excuses how theyre so busy and have so many calls they dont even know my order. Come to find out no one put my oil order in! So she tells me first thing Monday morning. Monday morning rolls around and no one shows up so i call and basically get told they dont know!! Finally show up and didnt even have enough oil to fill my furnance which is what we ordered (275 g) The miscommunication and customer service with this company is terrible!!! We should have at least been first priority. We will go to Sauders from now on. The delievery driver was pleasant.

A few days later, David(one of the owners) personally came to our house to apologize for the events that occured. That really blew us away!!! Changed our mind a little bit about the type of business this is and that they truely care about their customers business. We very well may give j weidman and son another chance after that!

They had the best price on oil and have been great to work with.

I like using John Weidman and sons when it comes to servicing my furnace and air conditioning. Our heat went out and they came out quickly to fix it however I need a new furnace (still have heat running) and getting in a new furnace is a bit slow. However, the company has fair pricing and never had any rude or unhelpful employees. I highly recommend them.

I could not be happier with this company! After the coldest week in years, they were able to deliver oil the day I called. The office staff was sympathetic, understanding, and went above and beyond to make sure I wouldn't run out of oil. Driver was prompt and courteous. Prices are on par with the rest of the county. This was my first interaction with them, and they just gained a customer for life!
Revision: they checked my credit without my authorization, which dinged my credit report. Not happy.

I never give a 5 star rating but Weidmans have gone above and beyond for me. Please use them.
