I was “assigned” Bakers by my home warranty company and since I hadn’t heard of them, I was a little worried. Well was I pleasantly surprised! I have had other “well known” companies service my a/c before and quite frankly, Bakers blew them away! Kevin was so professional and knowledgeable! He was super nice in explaining everything he was doing with my a/c. He was so in depth with his testing - the other companies didn’t do 1/2 of the testing he did! So very thorough! I will definitely use them again for all my hvac needs and plan to refer them any chance I get!

Home Warranty sent Baker out for a routine AC tune up and check. Chuck was professional, honest and took his time to look at my unit. Upon completion he answered my questions about their fitness repair services. I appreciate his time and attention to meet my needs, answer my questions - and look forward to working with Baker in the future!

I was assigned BSS from Home Shield. My AC went out on a Friday and although Home Shield has contractors that work on the weekend (Bakers does not) it is somewhat of a lottery on who you get. Bakers did not reach out to me within 48 hours to schedule my appointment, even after calling their emergency line. Once they did call on the following Monday, the lady was pretty unkind about the whole situation and they couldn't come out to fix my AC issue until the following Monday. That is 9 days after my original call. Other contractors will work on the weekend. This contractor happens to have a contract with Home Shield so they get business regardless. They will not care about you or your situation and they certainly don't respond to emergencies. Two things I learned from this experience: Home Shield is just a poor poor product and if you want a good home warranty use American Home Warranty or Choice Home Warranty. Bakers Sales and Service should not have the word "Service" in their name as they do not provide it. Absolute failure all around.

I have used Baker Services at an HOA I manage for maintenance and repair of fitness equipment. They have been easy to deal with and thorough.

Both Kevin and Matt are exceptional when it comes to service and knowing what they're doing and how to get it done. Highly recommend Baker for all of your pool needs. They did work on our pool heater and knew exactly what the issue was. Baker provides great service.

Kevin was very professional and efficient in diagnosing the issue with my boiler. He also offered suggestions to keep us safe in our home and to keep our furnace working longer. Marsha was responsive and worked with me on scheduling a day/time. I highly recommend Baker Sales & Service.

I just used Baker's Sales and Services again today and couldn't be happier with them! Kevin and Matt closed my pool today and they were both wonderful. It is so nice to have such personable and knowledgeable technicians come to do a job and you know 100% that it will be done correctly and efficiently. They are highly skilled, nice, caring, and you just instantly feel comfortable with them. I highly recommend them and they truly deserve praise for their hard work! Baker did an amazing excellent job replacing my pool shut off switch. The technicians were professional and extremely nice.

I went through the home warranty and they came the week I put in the claim to send an estimate. The home warranty company took a while to ship the part to Baker but that wasn't their fault.

I would give this company TEN stars if I could! They are skilled craftsmen. They know their business and treat customers with extreme professionalism. From our initial contact, I found the office staff to be courteous and responsive which put me at ease immediately. The technicians who came to my house were knowledgeable and polite. They genuinely care about you and the work that needs to be done. ALL of my expectations were exceeded! These are GREAT people to deal with!! I've added them in my phone contact list and will never call a different service. There's no reason to because Baker Sales and Services is the BEST!

Professional and reliable. We have had our heating, air conditioner, and pool filter inspected and serviced by this company for 3 years. Staff is very nice when I call, I have never had trouble getting an appointment scheduled. Kevin and Justin have both done work in our home...they are extremely knowledgeable and have always done a great job. They take the time to explain things and answer questions. Prices are fair and reasonable. This company is a pleasure to do business with.
