GHAC installed my water heater they were very professional and took the time to explain everything to me if you want honest work don’t hesitate to call GHAC they are always there for me unlike other companies i have used them for 20 years and have never been disappointed. Over the years I’ve talked with both owners Todd and Brian both are very knowledgeable with my new furnace and air that i had installed 4 years ago and always have what’s best for the customer and the equipment in mind!

Kevin, Ryan, and Roger were all fantastic. Very nice, professional, and knowledgeable. They never used any foul language and completely cleaned up after themselves. I'll be calling them in the spring to get an air conditioning unit set up.

GHAC installed our previous furnace 28 years ago so it was a no-brainer to call them again. Kevin was very thorough in his assessment of what type of furnace was required to meet our needs and patiently answered all questions. He, Cordell, and Justin , is a clean, respect ful, efficient team.

I can't say enough about Dave the technician that serviced our AC. I used another company prior to going to GHAC and they were just recharging the unit saying they couldn't find the problem and to buy a whole new heat pump system for $10,000. Dave camed to our home and was here over an hour. He said our system seemed good and he suspected it was a part that was leaking that was causing the problem. He put dye in the system and sure enough he found the leak and was correct!

I'm pleased that he was very thorough and actually cared that he left our home with us being happy!!! I strongly recommend using this company for their prompt service, educated technicians, and getting your HVAC problems fixed correctly!

We just had a central air installed by GHAC in our older home. I can't say enough about the wonderful service! The crew of John, Justin, and Mark arrived both days right at the time they said they would. They worked very hard to make sure that installing the unit in our older home would work well for us. They added additional supply and return ducts to ensure optimum functioning of the system and explained what they were doing and why. After they were done, they cleaned up, and our basement looked better than when they arrived!! John even took the time to show me an area of concern with our hot water heater and told what we can do to prevent deterioration of our chimney. Top notch service all the way around!

These guys are top notch, friendly and professional, we had a new furnace installed on the 5th of October, just in time for the cooler weather, these guys worked all day long out with the old and in with the new, installed new return ductwork and pvc piping and a few other new items. We are very pleased with the service and new equipment. Especially pleased on how well these guys cleaned up during the job and when they were done. They did show us the condition of our ductwork and the need for a cleaning which we had done less than a year ago and we’ll from the looks it wasn’t as good of a job as we had thought, we will be trying their duct cleaning service come springtime. I am all about keeping money in my community.

I had a great experience with GHAC. First working with Todd to find the perfect system for us. He is extremely knowledgeable and takes the time to answer all questions. I had many questions! Then a wonderful crew of installers worked all day in extreme heat and humidity to make sure my installation of my new system was perfect. Kevin, Justin and John did an amazing job. Great business! Installed our furnace about 5 years ago. And have always been prompt yearly for our cleaning and maintenance checkup, so we had them install our AC unit. Very pleased it only too 11 days from order/payment to install. Was expecting a longer wait time at this time of year. John and Justin were very friendly, professional, and worked diligently to get it installed in a timely manner. Very knowledgeable, and educated us on the use of the equipment.

We were very impressed with our consultation with Brian. He was very knowledgeable, friendly and very professional. He was able to explain everything in a way we understood. Within days he was able to have all equipment in and ready to install. The day of service (duct cleaning, remove old furnace and install new furnace) the three men, Justin, Kevin and John were here promptly as promised. They were respectful in keeping our home clean and brought floor coverings etc. These three guys were polite, friendly, professional, informative and hard workers. They had all the work done in one day and were very patient with all of our questions. We would highly recommend GHAC to anyone needing any of this type work done. We will be calling them in the spring to install new central air. To end, we will say that we love our new furnace and we feel like we made four new friends!
