R.J. Staso Heating & Air Conditioning

Recently had an issue with my furnace and with a 19month and 7 month old baby, we needed the issue addressed quickly. Greg and Mike did an awesome job troubleshooting the issue and taking the time to explain all of the steps to correct the issue. Thank you gents for your help! My family greatly appreciates it!

Just recently my husband and I started to notice that our thermostat was not working properly so we called the Staso company to come out and take a look. We left a message with the answering service and we got a call back immediately from employee Greg Stagon. Before Greg came to our home that day I took the cover of the thermostat off and cleaned it up a little and then replaced it. From that time on the air seemed to be running fine and the thermostat was holding its own. When Greg arrived I explained to him that I was now a bit leary about fixing some thing that I wasn’t quite sure needed fixing. He could not have been nicer about it and not only looked at the thermostat but he also looked at my furnace and the air conditioner outside and gave me some tips how to keep it clean and running smoothly. I can only say my experience with Greg and the Staso company was nothing but pleasant. He was really a lovely man and his kindness has resonated with me. I would certainly use them again in the future.

Moved into my new build a few months ago that was serviced by RJ Staso for heating/cooling…came home the other day to my nest with an error code on it/AC not working in 90 degree weather. Called RJ Staso and Greg was at my home within 20 minutes! Greg was beyond friendly, very timely, and even educated me on the quick fix! If you want reliable, dependable, go outta their way guys, this is the HVAC company for you!!! I called on Saturday with no heat and Greg is awesome and called right back and was at my home within the hour. Greg is the reason I support small business with my business. I feel like he cares and Greg and his folks are all about customer service. I could not be more pleased and they have a customer for life with me.

I've been having a terrible time with my heater lately and both times I called they were here in less than a day. It was eventually discovered the unit needed to be replaced completely and with temps outside so low I was settling in for days of being cold but NOPE they came out next day and worked hard half the day to get the new unit in and running. I HIGHLY recommend this company. They're not just good at what they do, they're compassionate and caring too. They don't see the customer as dollar signs like so many other places do, they genuinely care about what the customer is going thru and needs.

I had a HVAC unit installed by R.J. Staso. approximately 10 years ago. I was seeing some condensation in my house and called to see if a dehumidifier was necessary. I received a call back in 1-1/2 hours and they went into great detail on why this is happening and how it can be fixed. Brilliant service through this company, I would recommend this company 100% to anyone looking for a new HVAC or service!

I could not recommend these folks higher. They came in slightly lower than 3 of their competitors to replace my furnace and A/C. They showed up 10 minutes early, finished the job in about 5 hours, did a neat and professional install and, when they were done, it looked better than my original install. I always look for a negative comment when I read these because I figure it adds some honesty to the review. I can't think of one negative comment. If you don't get a proposal from them, you are short-changing yourself.
