I contacted Two Seasons Heating & Cooling in Winter 2018 when my heat pump was not heating. Brian Brower (owner) responded promptly to my phone call and set up a time that worked for me to have him visit and determine the cause of the problem - the first indication Two Seasons was the correct contractor. Any contractor that can give you options/proposals without investigating the problem first hand is not the right choice. Brian was able to locate the problem quickly and give me 2 proposed solutions within my budget and timing constraints. All of the pricing information was clearly indicated on the proposals and easy to follow. Once we agreed on the solution, he did not hesitate to order the equipment immediately to ensure I would get the most accurate pricing and my system would be fixed promptly. When the equipment arrived, Brian gave me options for the install schedule that also fit my schedule. On install day, he was prepared with all equipment, tools, etc. to be efficient and clean - the installation was exactly as I expected. Brian made sure the system was operating correctly before he left for the day. During the end of the install, Brian made adjustments to the existing ducts to maximize system efficiency, as well as made suggestions to increase the air flow further down the road. Brian is a true master of his craft and it's easy to see from the beginning - his professionalism, experience, knowledge of the systems and skill lends itself to the best experience a consumer can receive. I work in the construction space daily and can truly appreciate the type of contractor that Two Seasons is - focused on the customer experience and reliable. I trust Brian and all of the Two Seasons employees for heating and cooling needs in the future.

We woke up on a rainy spring day this year (2013) with a cold house that was just getting colder. The furnace had quit, so we called the company that had always done our service for an emergency visit. They came out and told us it couldn't be fixed and that a salesperson would contact us. After getting their quote with 3 options – cheap, better & best which all seemed expensive to me -- I decided to ask friends for references elsewhere. I was given Two Season's number, and that turned out to be the right call.

Brian came out and helped us put together the solution that was right for us. We ended up replacing both the Furnace and the A/C. The other vendor had told us this was required, but Brian explained alternatives and let us make the decision based on our situation. In addition to replacing the units, he identified modifications to the vents which helped improve the effectiveness of the system. These were small things that the other vendor never commented on in the years they had been coming out.

On a straight apples-to-apples comparison, Two Seasons was less expensive but it was Brian’s professional approach and customer focus that won him the work. During the project, his high-quality craftsmanship were apparent throughout. Now that we have had the units in place for a few months Two Seasons was clearly still the right choice for us. Fair pricing for excellent work -- I can’t think of a better recommendation.

I contacted Two Seasons after speaking to a neighbor. My air conditioner was failing and I wanted options on a replacement. I rate contractors on two aspects, service and cost. Two Seasons exceeded on both.

First, Brian was accommodating to my schedule. He was willing to meet me off hours so I would not have to leave work early. Next, he listened to what my problem was, then worked up several alternatives. He was flexible and took the time to explain everything to me. When my wife and I selected what we wanted, things only got better. The work was done on time, with no delays. Brian also took the time to correct existing problems with my ducts. After everything was installed, Brian remained available. I had a few questions with my new system. Brian returned my calls quickly and answered everything. Brian even came over to make sure I understood. Over all I can not be happier with my new system, and the service Two Seasons provided.

As far as cost, Two Seasons beat every other quote I got. This was not Two Seasons reducing price to match everyone else. Their initial quote was better than every other quote I got.

Bryan is a true professional. He and his team do perfect work. I would highly recommend Two Season's for all of your needs. We had 2 new units put in over a 2 year period. These units were not easy to install. They did it in a timely manner and they did perfect work too.

Brian installed a geo-thermal split unit and ductwork for the addition on my house. I had the same experience as the other reviewers on this page - he came up with a very reasonable proposal and worked diligently to provide a quality installation job. He really was interested in providing the best value for my money, and was very resourceful when problems came up (the problems were left behind by a different contractor, but he fixed them anyway). I was also pleased that he got the job done promptly and as promised.

Mike Payne is a welcome addition to 2 Seasons Heating and Cooling. He serviced our oil fired furnace a few weeks ago and did a great job; on time and professionally done. What I appreciated was that he has a setup in the back of the truck where he cleans the nozzle and insulator assembly, keeps the house from smelling like fuel oil. Good value.
