Very friendly people who run this company. I used them years ago for my heating oil and I'll never forget one time I needed my furnace restarted because I had ran out of oil. The people who came that night were husband and wife and the owners of the company. It was later in the evening and he went in my basement and got it restarted for me at no extra cost while I chatted with the woman. They were just so kind to me. Even after that when I would get oil delivered they would always ask if I needed my furnace started again. They're a great company. I would recommend them to anyone in Lancaster county. I recently moved back into the area and started using them again. They have come right away when I ran out of oil about a month ago. I was really impressed with how fast they came through for me. I will continue to use them for my heating oil.

My Dad has used B.G. Mellinger for years and recommended I use them when I bought my house. They have been very fair and reasonably priced when I have dealt with them for oil delivery and Air Conditioning service. All the staff has been very courteous, knowledgeable and friendly. They also have been great at coming through for me on short notice. I definitely recommend them. And if you have a chance stop down at their office which is a charming restored railroad station!

They are extremely reasonable and do a good job. They come quickly for service calls. They have serviced my HVAC several times, and they never try to up-sell me. When possible they have fixed broken parts instead of replacing, keeping costs manageable.

Excellent customer service! In a time when workers and patience is short the team went out of their way to make sure our house stayed warm.

Mellinger's has been delivering oil to our house since we bought it almost 4 years ago. They always help us to remember important things, like when we are due for an oil delivery. The staff is always super friendly, helpful and courteous. I would certainly recommend Mellinger's to all my family and my friends.
