From start to finish this job was organized and managed by Allen and his crew expertly and efficiently. The pandemic delayed the start of this major job - to excavate a 4 foot trench about 100 feet, from the barn at the back of the property to lay a sewage pump and line to the main house and coordinate with my electrician who laid new conduit on top of the plumbing.

This project needed a permit which required a notary - one complication. The excavator hit a boulder the size of a small car and that needed to be jack-hammered out to lay the pipes. Then they backfilled the trench correctly and even seeded it for me.

I didn't realize how major the job was until I saw the trench at the end of day one. Then I was so glad I was working with Manor Mechanical - there were a hundred ways this could have gone wrong, you have to have experience doing this type of work, and Allen earned my trust.

I now have electricity and water, a hot water heater, and a flush toilet in the barn! Thank you Manor Mechanical.
