Our experience with Slate House’s HVAC service was wonderful. Our Technician Travis sent a text to let us know he was on the way, was personable, made sure not to track any messes in the house, and did an excellent job cleaning our boiler so it will run more efficiently. Great work!

In a world where HVAC companies take advantage of people everyday, I couldn't believe how honest, helpful, and creative Slatehouse was in solving our AC problems. We had 2 units broken, and had been quoted high repair costs and complicated strategies to fix them. Travis from Slatehouse group took time to investigate and then think through solutions that would save us a lot. Low and behold, they worked! He was also sensitive and responsive to quick turnaround times. Slatehouse had a great communication tool,that texts you when the technician is on the way and an easy payment system that saved us a lot of time and stress. Thanks SH!
