I came here twice and staff is very nice and professional. They have clean restroom and fast loading. Not plenty of space for park. Kinda very tight.

They usually have what I need, but unfortunately the customer service just sucks. There's one guy there who I believe is named Todd and he's always very snippy and cranky towards me whenever I'm in there. There's another guy though who was getting me some stuff and in the middle of helping me he kept answering the phone rather than helping me when I was already right there. They're just not put together correctly I guess, I'd love to see some improvement, since apart from more specialized HVAC stuff, Paul B. will always be king around here in terms of both variety/quantity of stock and good customer service.

York, harrisburg, and Lancaster store's staff are all very knowledgeable.
