    The technician was very knowledgeable and understanding of my system and troubles with the system. Fixed everything and laid out drop cloths which was a big deal to me. Lots of work to transfer from oil heat to gas and they have really stuck by and did a wonderful job.

    I had about ten vendors come out to provide estimates for an air conditioning split installation and they were by far the most cost effective option. I was skeptical at first but they were honest and did a great job. Highly recommend this local business.

    The technicians were very nice but whoever schedules appointments and acts as their receptionist was horribly rude. She charged my husband twice and when we called to rectify the issue she argued with us and was absolutely awful. I would never recommend this business.

    In real estate, heater certificates are frequently required by townships. Good AC has shown up when expected and has always done thorough & reliable work. They respond promptly to requests and I can always count on them to get the job done.

    Heat pump stopped in extremely hot weather and Good HVAC came out next day to repair. Good communication and they replaced a part instead of the usual you need a new heat pump that others come up with. Good quality work for a fair price.

    I am very disappointed in the way the office handles customer service. I had made an appointment was given a 4 hour window. I took off work and waited for them to arrive. When I looked at my phone I noticed calls and a message from an unknown number. When I listened to the message it was good’s. I called back and was told because I didn’t answer my phone they were not coming. The office had given me a window of time to wait, never told me that I had to pick up a phone to receive service and when I called during my appointment window I was basically told off and that they would reschedule me. No aplology or trying to make it work. This is not the first time I have received this type of treatment but gave them another chance. I actually help in a service office that does the same type of customer calls and I can assure you this is not the way I would or anyone in our office handle it. I will now switch companies and no longer recommend or use them even as a long time neighbor/customer.

    Bought home from sellers who had A/C installed by this company in order to sell the home (they never use air conditioning and thought having it was waste of money).
    Sellers gave us all paperwork for installation when we bought home from them. We bought in winter but didn't move in till early spring. System worked one season and this year suddenly would only blow hot air. I called them, they sent tech out and he looked at it and told me it was due to installation and he would see if they would work with us to repair it. He also resolved issue with lights dimming due to unit startup. For which we were billed.

    Next I get phone call from their service desk (vmail) saying that she talked to her boss and he said there is no way the leak could have been from installation.

    Mind u hardware is on warranty and we weren't asking for work/rresolution be done for free but asked that they work with us.

    They not only proceeded to tell us the tech did not write it was caused by installation on receipt (which was only fix the dimming issue) but that they would not support a problem after
    TAKE YOUR MONEY ELSEWHERE. I only gave them one star because the technician was honest and forthcoming during his visit. I hope he gets a job with an actual "good" company who stands behind their work.

    Again, my family was not asking for free resolution and we didn't even know it was install related until the tech told us. Shame.

    Very professions I had another company come out to repair my electric heat pump and told me I needed s new unit.
    I called Good Heating & Air and there guy told me I only needed a capacitor.
    He replaced the part and my heater has been working ever since.
