I have relied on Fish&Buch for the last 10+ years. It is a family owned and operated business that puts customers first. When calling for an appointment Kimberly will answer your calls. She is always friendly and helpful to find the answers to your questions and concerns. Frank (owner) has been the service technicians on all of my calls. I trust his expertise and advise with repairs/service. I appreciate the affordable repair and installation prices. He installed a Oil Furnace system in my house and a Hot Forced Air in an apartment I own. A great company!

These HVAC techs are beyond great!
I had 2 major heat/ hot water issues in the last year and both times the professional response was outstanding. As a former employee in the oil & HVAC industry, I am forever grateful for your integrity & willingness to help others. Thank you & keep up the great work.

I have to say that after having a party of over 70 people on the hottest day of the summer and then to wake up the next morning at 5:00am to a air conditioner not working!! ***** We figured that we would be days in the heat. I made a call at 6:00 am which was a bit rude on my part but we were already pushing 79 degrees at that hour. We got a call shortly later and with in a hour we had our unit fixed and cooling. Customer service is hard to come by these days. Thanks for your your promptness we so appreciate your service!!

I have been using Fish and Buch for the last ten years. At first it was to service my oil furnace and later I had them install a Geothermal system. I have been very happy with the past service and the geothermal unit. When I saw that bad review of their service I had to write my own review.

Bad service, yelled at us on the phone when we wanted answers about problems with there work. That pretty much sums up the service, run away don't even think about using them for a large project. They might be ok to get your AC working, but don't let them design your HVAC.

Fish & Buch replaced our central air unit. They did a Great job and are great to work with!
They also replaced my parents ac and also did a Great job!

Talking to other business owners in Lititz about people who make false accusations online...we have the right to respond to falsehoods...Mr. Gibson did not want to spend the money to replace both indoor and outdoor units...we have not been to his property for over 8 years...we discontinued service to him because he would not do things properly and spend the money to correct an obsolete system...we discontinued his webpage service because he got rid of the person who handled our account and it sounds like he is a bitter person as he is writing a review 8 years later...he was mad we were changing to GoDaddy...

Great work, friendly workers, cleaned up like they were never here, great system and prices, worked with my time schedule for install...
