Had evaporator replaced last September. Didn't need to use A/C until a few weeks ago, noticed a constant drip of water. I haven't been super happy with Haller so i called another company to come out. Turns out a fitting was overtightened and cracked at the drip pan. We also discovered the Haller installer had left a rag in the unit. Called Haller a few minutes ago and of course they'll charge me to come out and look at it, hemmed and hawed about whether it was their fault, can't come out till Monday, and I must not run the unit in case the coil freezes up - it is, of course, a 90 degree heat wave weekend.
I can't say enough about how pleased we are with Haller. Along with an A+++ for the five items above, the guys were personable and clear with instructions for our newly installed system. Special thanks to Adam, Austin, and Jared. Best tip for those looking for HVAC service or new installation? DON'T GO ANYWHERE ELSE!
The technician was on time and very informative regarding our water boiler setup. He took the time to explain the system to us and even went above and beyond to walk us through what to do in case of an emergency. It was overall a great experience.

I have been a satisfied customer for more than 30 years. The company has always been quick to respond to any concerns or issues with my 2 furnaces or 3 air conditioners. The service people have always been personable, thorough and have explained everything completely after a service is performed.
While the actual services are excellent, the company to whom they’ve contracted their scheduling and dispatching is time consuming and unknowledgeable. The phone tree lacks complete logic and the number of transfers lands you in dead ends. Every question you ask warrants ten minutes on hold while they search for the answer. These people in Rhode Island are probably doing the best they can with the information they’ve been given, but I sure miss when you could actually talk to the people who knew the job.
Nick was courteous and personable. He explained options in a way that I was able to understand. He kept me informed of progress in replacing my hot water heater and sump pump. He cleaned up the area and was careful to not track dirt into my home.
Haller has been both trustworthy and professional although not cheap. We have used them for three years since purchasing this house. I they have been very good with our preventative and routine maintenance.

Edwin was very nice. He replaced a battery in my heat pump which he said was low. He did forget to check my water heater as I asked Haller to do. They told me they would do that for me. I’m hoping they would make right on it and come back to do so at no charge! Thank you!
