I have worked with Victoria and Anton at Turtle Tech for nearly a decade. They are my HVAC team for all work in my own home and my rentals and flips. Anton is extremely competent and pleasant and Victoria handles all the office functions professionally and accurately. Their pricing is fantastic too.

I highly recommend Turtle Tech if you need help with repairs, replacing or new installs of hearing and cooling systems.

I got 5 different quotes for a boiler replacement (oil to gas) and Turtle Tech offered the most reasonable price. I'm a licensed Mechanical Engineer (P.E.) so I know how much things cost.

Turtle Tech also completed the job on time and everything seems to be working fine as of now.

Their customer service rep (Victoria) does a great job of communicating and their tech Anton is professional as well. I highly recommend these guys!

After getting a couple of quotes for replacing both the AC and Heating system replacement we went with Turtletech. There was a lot of clarity in the communication and quote was very clear with all the equipment details.

Turtletech team could not install the system on the scheduled date as the distributor gave them a broken outdoor unit. Turtletech team fixed my broken AC temporarily for free of charge as they worked with the distributor to get a new unit.

New Unit finally arrived and AC is working great!

When we were looking for a reliable contractor for installing a new HVAC system, I was working with all big brand contractors. All of them were offering products and services that were more than our budget. We tried some small contractors but though their price was not a lot of cheaper but some of their reviews were horrible. Then my boss suggested this company. I started interacting with Victoria over phone. She was always prompt, courteous and responsive. She never commit anything that is beyond her control to get the sales. She did work with us patiently when we changed our mind about equipment and energy rating, she did give us correct technical advice which I completely understood with my technical background. She always called us ahead and informed us about the procedure and pricing. She told us upfront about the backorder and the wait time if we go with a particular brand. But when she got the equipment a little earlier than expected she contacted us immediately and scheduled us for installation on the next day. The 2 technicians are very detailed, courteous, responsive and while they were working they answered all of my questions. They even had to do little ductwork but they didn't charge me anything extra for this. Moreover, our basement was much cleaner after the installation than it was there before. Their pricing is very honest and upfront. They are also giving me 5 years warranty on labor along with 10 year warranty on the parts. If you never heard of this company before, its OK, but I would strongly recommend this company for your heating and cooling needs.

We recently replaced our old HVAC to high efficiency systems and we are very pleased with excellent work done by Turtletech team. Both Anton and Victoria are very knowledgeable, professional and honest. Anton was very patient and supportive with specific requirements we had around some duct modification and furnace placement. I highly recommend Turtletech!

The Turtle came out and fixed a freon leak the same day I called. It was hot and I wasn't getting any cold air so you can imagine my concern.

We hit a few snags but he was able to find a solution to everything without burning a hole in my wallet.

He obviously knows what he's doing and my final bill came out less than I expected too. Overall highly recommend.

They used the brand of boiler I specifically asked for, their quote was $2k lower than the next closest quote I got (and I got 4), and they showed up at the exact time on the exact day that they said they would and were done in 4 hours including cleanup. Couldn't ask for more. Literally perfect.

Extremely satisfactory first impression, the whole team was polite and easy to work with. The technician was knowledgeable and friendly, and he didn't mind answering my questions. I will continue with this company for my future needs.
