Giant Plumbing deserves a big thank you from me today.
They have fixed and replaced things in my house before, but this was a big ask--a new toilet a couple days before Christmas. They got it done and did it perfectly. And, as always, their employees were wonderful.
I will never use anyone else--they're coming back in the new year to replace another!

Just an updated shout out to Giant Plumbing, Heating & Cooling for another win at my house!

Basically all of my shut off valves were corroded and not functioning. Some outside faucets were just spewing water. All of that is now fixed in one morning!

They always do such a fantastic job. Steven was awesome as always.

I had a leak in my basement coming from my 10year old residence first floor.
Giant plumbing found the leak source in the bathroom using great care, .Doug and Steve were wonderful to work with.

The source of the leak was discovered. a pipe, hot water, entering the shower mixer at the joint of attachment was the problem. ( part leaking at the mixer was made in China ) Two carefully placed surgical holes in the wall board behind the shower mixer were necessary to access and locate the leak

Work performed by two technicians was very professional and very clean with vacuum to remove dust, etc . The leak was repaired.

Will and Ryan were exceptional! They installed my new heating system in record time! They were thorough, very professional and a joy to have in my home. I highly recommend Giant Heating.

I am a repeat customer of Giant Plumbing and just can’t say enough good about this company and the staff. Will is awesome at what he does. I called today because my furnace was acting up. I called at 230p and someone was at my house by 310p. They diagnosed my furnace, the motherboard was the issue. They called to get the part, rushed off to the supplier at the end of the day and came back for the install of the part. They are extremely punctual, reasonably priced and go above and beyond every single time. I can’t thank them enough and will continue recommending.

This is the second time I have used Giant Plumbing. Highly recommend this company. I recently had a water heater leaking into my basement. They returned my call in 10 minutes and it was after hrs at 830pm. They had someone at my house at 8 am the next morning and within a couple of hrs had a whole new water heater installed. If you want a company that is reasonably priced, extremely reliable who does meticulous work and will treat you like family, look no further.

Had major plumbing issues with a leaking toilet under my floor. Had all pipes and flange replaced and new toilet installed. Doug and his team were great. Rob came and left my home cleaner than when they started. Highly recommend.

This was my first experience with Giant Plumbing and I was delighted with the fast response time and service I received. Rob was the first tech I dealt with and he couldn’t have been nicer. Very knowledgeable.

Jim was the second tech I dealt with. Giant sure knows how to select “professional/friendly” staff, or is it that being around the owner Doug rubs off?

GIANT plumbing/HVAC is the best in the area. The owner has amazing integrity and honesty. Everyone who I have dealt with has been amazing over the coarse of 30-40 calls as a contractor. They truly are top notch.

I have used Giant plumbing and am extremely pleased with their service. They are quite knowledgeable and fix problems efficiently.
They are kind and friendly. Robbie just loft my home 10 mins. ago and replaced a toilet for me. The job took a few hours, but was done right.
I will use Giant Plumbing again and again, and recommend them.

Doug, Will, Jimmy and Robby came to my rescue when my parents' home developed a sump pump problem. They diagnosed the problem and saved me thousands of dollars by replacing a motor and not the entire system. This team went on to install a new furnace and a/c system in my own home several years ago when my furnace developed a dangerous leak, and they come yearly for maintenance. I always feel confident they are doing the best work at the best price and having my trust is what truly matters to me. I know I can always call to ask their advice, too.
