TM Heating and Cooling

Thanks to everyone at this business who participated in our radiant floor heat/outdoor furnace install. Everyone involved was professional and courteous and it was just an enjoyable experience. The system works great, allowing us to heat our house as well as a 40’x76’ pole barn at a very low fuel cost.

After replacing the belt on our unit and not the bearings, our AC is still not functional. They literally did half of what is needed to correct the problem. We requested a visit to rectify the situation two weeks ago and no one ever showed up. Our store is an enormous warehouse that facilitates a 58 bay service center and approximately 50 new vehicles in our indoor showroom.... that is currently NINETY DEGREES!!!

Let's see if we get a call now that we are putting up a bad review.

The Clean Energy furnace at the shop had no trouble in over 5 years. Great product. Professional service team. Town&country Service Center.

One of their drivers is road rage happy. Going slow and then getting passed on a straight stretch with no vehicles coming and trying to run a bike off the road is ludicrous. The bike had literally inches before running off the road and wrecking. Totally uncalled for.

Our PTAC unit died on us during the cold snap in January, so called TM on the strength of the reviews. They were prompt, courteous, and reasonable. Would recommend them without reservation!

Staff was professional and on time. Very pleased with work that they completed on several new installations.

I needed parts for my clean burn oil furnace that is over 20 years old. They had everything in stock at good prices to keep my furnace running great group of people

Workers here are lazy! The general manager is just an idiot!! Dont use this company!!
