He gave us a set date for installation and stuck to it. Robert installed our new gas boiler when the old oil one conked out. We got a lot of estimates, and a lot of opinions, but chose him (even though he was in the middle of the pack in terms of cost) because of his frank appraisal and helpful explanations. It didn't seem like he was trying to tell us what we wanted to hear - or to upsell us on stuff we didn't need.

The install was quick and efficient and, most importantly, we are thrilled with our boiler so far. Kept us warm through the crazy cold snap a few weeks ago. We are very happy with our choice to hire Robert and his team.

Rob was a pleasure to work with. He installed a ductless mini split AC/Heating system in our home. He came over to give us a quote the same day I called to inquire about his services. He was very upfront and transparent about pricing options. He then installed everything less than a month later (he would have installed everything sooner but our schedules unfortunately didn’t align). Plus the installation was very quick, took less than 2 days to set up a 5 unit system. Once everything was installed, he spent a while showing us how to work the system and set up remote access to it on our phones. Overall, he was very knowledgeable, prompt, professional, and honest. He will certainly be the first person we contact for any of our HVAC needs from here on out.

Rob is awesome to work with! He came out same day when our blower burned out and replaced it. When we needed to replace our AC and furnace he was prompt with estimates and much less expensive than everyone else, with great quality work. He arrived on time and competed the job same day with zero issues. Highly recommend Rob for all HVAC needs. I would not hesitate to use him again in the future.

Rob and Tara were very professional and easy to work with. Both were very open and honest throughout entire process. Prices were very reasonable and fair and installation time was faster than expected. Rob installed a ductless mini split system which works great. Rob came out to give me an estimate on a new central air unit the same day I called him, even after a long hot day at work. Communication was great throughout and his prices are very fair! He arrived on time and competed the job quickly and efficiently. The job site was clean when he left. So glad I found Rob and used him to replace my air conditioner. Rob responded quickly to my call and was able to install a new water heater the next day. He kept me up to date with his anticipated arrival time and completed the project faster than I anticipated. Very reasonable priced and much appreciated. Highly recommend.

Gave rob a call pretty late at night because my co2 detectors started going off and with little children in the house this had me and my wife a bit on edge . Rob said he could come that night and was there within 30 minutes from the time I called . He was very professional and being a mechanic myself I was very impressed with the knowledge he had in his field and his ability to put my wife and my nerves at ease . It turned out to be something very minor and in this situation he could have told me or anyone my heat exchanger was cracked and I would have been on my way to buying a new system but he told the truth and in this day and age it’s pretty hard to find a honest mechanic , like looking for a needle in a haystack . It was a very pleasant experience overall from start to finish to the price of his service which is very fair I will definitely be using him in the future and I recommend you give him a call and try him out for yourself
