Comfy Kozy® Heating Cooling Plumbing

Needed a new shutoff valve installed for the stove gas line. The service techs arrived as scheduled, made an assessment, and allowed me to choose which plan I wanted. I selected a mid range "Silver " plan. They went out and got all the parts needed and completed the work quickly. They made sure that all of my gas appliances were functioning before they departed. They were very accommodating and professional.

Shawn King was so great and helpful and very friendly. He didn't hesitate to answer any of my questions ( and I had a lot). And on top of all his professionalism he was extremely dog friendly. Thanks Shawn!

Mark the technician was the best, very polite, and knowledgeable. Mark replaced my AC fan motor and capacitor, there was a little glitch, Mark new exactly what the problem was, corrected it, and had me up and running in no time. I definitely rate him 5 stars. Also Dana, the receptionist, she is so pleasant and friendly, and Dana kept me well informed of my repair status, and parts order, I rate her 5 stars also. Very good people and company, I highly recommend them.

Everything about the experience I had with this company starting at the first call I received from them was nothing short of amazing . Dana was super nice , I mean very personable and was even making jokes with me ! Mark was awesome and very efficient. He came in and was super kind to my dogs and even greeted them before proceeding to my basement to diagnose the problem . Once he figured out the problem he spoke to me about the different routes we could take and the pricing for each . After talking through all of this with me he started to fix the issue . The problem is fixed and both my A/C and heat are working great . He even told me about different thermostats and the pros and cons of each so that when I decide to upgrade my thermostat I would have some knowledge. He was kind , courteous and very knowledgeable and was eager to teach me what was going on and how to fix it . Thank you all so much !

Shawn identified the problem and went over resolutions with me and even help me with financing questions. He was quick to respond and courteous every time he showed up. AJ was a great help too and Dana at the office was a pleasure to speak with. I am beyond satisfied and I highly recommend!

I had an excellent experience with Comfy Kozy and Mark! He was great at explaining everything and going into detail about the visit and being forthcoming with service and cost. I appreciated all his advice, he was very helpful!!

My air conditioner wasn’t working properly, so I called Comfy Kozy as usual. Mark arrived and diagnosed the problem as an issue with my generator that had a faulty delay module. He had me call the generator company and he explained the issue. They will have to replace the module, but Mark bypassed it so that my unit will cool my home until they arrive in “2 or 3 weeks.” I wish they were as prompt as Comfy Kozy. Thank you , Mark, as usual. 2 hours later our home is down to 70 degrees.

Hot water out after a power outage due to weather. The technician was able to make it a day earlier than expected, friendly and professional as I explained what the issue was. Very knowledgeable and efficient while still taking the time to walk me through everything he was doing to fix the issue. Glad to have my hot water back, thank you Comfy Kozy.

Very knowledgeable about all the systems that even my older home has. Took the time to explain everything as he was doing it and made sure to go above and beyond to make sure my AC was working as it should be. 100% would recommend to anyone looking for a great company who takes pride in their work
