I used to really endorse this business once upon a time. My family has done A LOT of business with them…. Previous owner was by far better. I figured the transition to the new owners would be rough so I tried to cut them some slack but I am over it. I finally paid the bill after waiting months for an estimate that never came.

Sadly I will never be using them again and will encourage others to do the same.
It started with multiple attempts to have someone come look at the work they did on a job -for over a year…(pex water line touching exhaust and wrong line for the job - it should be metal) not as much plumbing work was done as I had discussed with previous owner for my quote…. same price charged. Also…Took my materials when they left and never asked me. Copper…. Our filter they replaced with a bigger one they took.. I had another house I could have used it in…..
Then the final straw….. I had them come out to fix my shower drain and potentially do more work on the basement that they had done poorly previously (as their system they designed failed for me- after less than a year)…... He told me he couldn’t do both of the jobs - basement flat out no- call someone else. Awesome…. thanks!! Glad we had your company install that to begin with……

Then told me what I would have to do to get him to be able to do the job for the shower -take apart a lazy Susan in a cabinet to cut an access hole so he can fix it….isn’t that what I would pay him for?? Not a full service plumber by any means…..for that complete lack of service they charged me $130 and provided NO estimate that I was told I would get and I requested it twice.

The plumber also liked to complain - a lot about working - before he even started in on the job….Premium prices for lackluster work and complaints. No thanks. Calling anyone else at this point.

I am 100% pleased with the work that was done. Fast, efficient, knowledgeable, and on top of everything, the young man cleaned my entire basement floor. And it was bad!! Would absolutely recommend Warren Webster.

George was very polite and got our furnace fixed today, last month the whole crew dug up the front yard for some plumbing issues, overall ive had nothing less than a great experience with this company both times. Thank you guys! And the woman who has taken my calls has been kind and awesome as well!

Came quickly for after hour service! Boiler up and running quickly. Kind and accommodating! Not something that is seen often these days... when I called for help, they are kind and do not act as though I am putting them out! Thank you!

The guys were very helpful. They had the parts I needed.

Harold and the rest of the crew are quick, helpful, and friendly. I have required their services multiple times over the years I've lived in Warren and they never let me down once.

Had an issue with my furnace. They showed up on time and fixed the issue within an hour.

They also forgot to reconnect a hose for the condensation collection system. Now my furnace is full of water. I'll be calling someone else to look at it this time.

I can’t recall the young mans name however he was incredibly helpful. We thought the company had a reasonable rates and they were very efficient. I would recommend them to anyone!

We are very pleased with all the plumbing repairs they have done for us. Very helpful and professional.
