      Called them to do a job on my 14 story building. Explained to them that 14 of my residents didn't have HVAC cause of a leak in the riser. Promised me he would be out 2:30-3 o'clock. 3PM came and went and the owner told me "He can't locate his guy so he will keep me updated" Then told me tomorrow is a better day.

      Never heard from him Saturday or Sunday. I am currently having another company complete the job.

      I won't ever do business with this guy again.
