The team at Philadelphia Gas and Electric was a pleasure to work with and would absolutely recommend. They were super knowledgeable and worked very efficiently. After having my AC looked at by several other companies, PGE was the only one to find the leak. Looking forward to a cool summer thanks to Mike, Scott and William!

We're used the company for the pastb10 years. They fixed work done by a previous contractor and finally upgraded our AC/finance that was 20 years old. Scott and Mike are great. Trustworthy business who won't rip you off.

My heater suddenly stopped working. Mike returned my call in a very timely manner and assured me that somebody would be out that morning. Scott showed up and fixed the problem in a few minutes. The price was very fair and both Mike and Scott were friendly and professional. highly recommended!

Mike has been our HVAC guy for many years, through 2 houses. The first install lasted many years without a problem. We sold the house with the system intact. PG&E also does yearly maintenance. Our new home needed the heater replaced, and Mike explained all the systems he recommended. He took his time, and did not push us. Installation was professionally done, prompt and clean. Mike's HVAC knowledge and honesty are reassuring. We highly recommend PG&E to family and friends.

We have used Philadelphia Gas and Electric Company for over 30 years. We are consistently pleased with the ac and heating systems they installed. Their service and routine maintenance is excellent!

Our landlord informed us a worker was coming out to work look at heating in the home. Not a service we requested and we believed it was to check the function of the radiators. The person who showed up was extremely rude regarding a few items that were in front of the furnace. We politely moved the items immediately and he talked down to my boyfriend in the process. We are not hoarders, so this process took less time than it did for him to act like a jerk. I reached out rather than post a review and
the "manager"I spoke to Mindy, was mildly apologetic, but also condescending. Clearly these people hold a superiority complex and had this had been handled professionally, this review would have never happened. No stars and will never get my business as homeowners.

Very fast service. Very professional. Very reasonably priced. Would recommend to anyone I know.
