Just had a whole system (AC, heating, thermostat, duck/vent) installed for the upper floor of the house. Anthony’s crew is professional throughout the process. It’s a multi-day job, which they planned well.

Floors were fully covered to avoid any damage. They came on time every day and completed the job on schedule. They cleaned up afterwards, making the process as stress-free as possible! Highly recommended!

Anthony and his team are the best. My heater stopped working at 1am on Christmas Eve of 2022. That was the holiday & it was the coldest Christmas we had over past 30 years. Called Anthony and I believed he was the only company that was still on the road that day. They came and showed up on time at 2am!!! 2AM on Christmas Eve!!!! They are literally my life savers! Good quality job too. I really appreciate it!

Excellent and prompt service! Woke up Christmas Eve morning at 52 degrees. Called my HVAC contractor and they wanted me to schedule an appointment for 12/27. Reached out to Velocity and it was repaired shortly after Noon. Moving my ongoing business to Velocity!

This company's work product is exceptional. I needed my tattered upstairs flexible ducts replaced with metal ones along with my home's two systems replaced/relocated. I got multiple quotes and settled on Velocity because they were the only company that mapped out an easily understandable plan forward. There were pandemic/supply-chain bumps along the way, however, Anthony was always responsive to my texts/calls. Will be calling Velocity again when I need to replace my water heater. I highly recommend this company for all HVAC/plumbing issues.

My heater broke on the coldest weekend of the year which also happened to be christmas! Velocity not only had spare parts on hand but came out on Christmas morning to fix my heater ! I couldnt be more grateful

My A/C condenser popped and was leaking water in my basement. I needed this issue fixed asap as the leak would ruin my carpets. Anthony dispatched Dave and they showed up the same day. Dave arrived with a smile and fixed everything in 20 minutes. He was a true gentleman and happy to help. 10/10 stars ⭐️, highly recommend! AL

The Velocity guys were great! I had my house renovated and decided i wanted central air. Velocity came out, assessed the situation spoke to my husband and I about where vents would go and we had the unit put on our roof. They came in, were professional and got the job done in a timely manor so my contractor could do what he had to do. We looked around at other places and the prices were crazy. Velocity gave us the best price and their service and quality of products were great! Thank you Velocity!

Velocity found a small leak in my vent that no one before found. They literally saved our lives due to small amount of gas escaping for over time.
