Extremely responsive, thorough and honest. They really care about doing a good job and making sure the client is satisfied. All of the workers are polite and respectful. Prices are fair. I highly recommend them for HVAC repairs or for new installations.

Had a new high efficiency furnace, air conditioner and humidifier installed by Caruso Heating and Air Conditioning. From start to finish, Tony Caruso and team, were professional and informative. Tony took time to listen to my questions and concerns, and provided a design that worked for me. His bid was competitive with the other 5 estimates I received. His team arrived on the day and time promised, and had all components up and running smoothly 6 1/2 hours later. They had to go through 2 walls to vent the furnace. Clean up was meticulous. Had I not known they were there, I would not have have known they were there. I would not hesitate to use him in the future or recommend Caruso Heating and Cooling to family and friends.
