Daily Heating & Cooling

Daily heating and cooling does beautiful and professional work. We converted our old oil boiler to propane and had a hot water tank included. Daily sized the boiler by surveying the existing system (the existing system was oversized) and the water heater now allows us to fill our large tub in one shot. The proposal explained exactly what was included and Don answered all questions promptly. Curt and Jason installed the system and were always polite and courteous. Don arrived every day to help and check on the installation progress. At the end, Don explained the system and operation. 100% satisfied.

From start to finish I had an amazing experience! The receptionist who called me back was very kind and assured someone would be out same day in the afternoon. She gave me a timeframe and I got a text when the tech was on his way! Josh was thorough from start to finish! He was polite and professional and didn’t mind the chaos of my household. He was very knowledgeable and explained what he was doing that I understood. I couldn’t have asked for a better experience as a first time customer! The Daily team were truly a blessing. They went above and beyond our expectations. Even with a busy house and consistent deadlines to meet the team was able to complete all their tasks with a smile. Our kids enjoyed “helping” and being able to be included instead of feeling like we were in the way. Don and his team are truly family oriented. They come with unlimited knowledge of the trade, no question is to small.

We did a complete renovation of our system. With the Daily team they installed all the duct work, new a/c unit, new heat pump, and removed our old system. This winter season we have seen a amazing difference in our electric bill. We are beyond thankful and can not wait to use our a/c unit this summer.

This was our first experience with Daily Heating and Cooling, and they did not disappoint. One of the most impressive experiences was that they honored their time commitment to us. They started our job when they promised and finished ahead of schedule. Their work was performed in a clean and meticulous manner. I was also impressed with their knowledge and expertise. This company is excellent! They were very responsive and were able to repair the 27 yr old boiler in the house my family just moved into last fall. Very professional, knew what they were doing, and were thorough. They walked me through the whole rather complex HVAC system in the home, pointed out other maintenance items I need to watch and gave me helpful advice on how to keep the heat calibrated and balanced throughout the home. I'm going to get onto their annual maintenance program and use their services for all future HVAC work in my home.

Daily Heating and Cooling did a total AC unit and propane furnace replacement for me. Their work is top notch and attention to detail is amazing. They completed the job in a timely manner and when they're done you'd never know they were there except for the clean looking install which was world's better then the existing furnace. Rerouting lines etc. to make it asthetically pleasing. I will use them for any future work that comes up.

Daily Heating is honest and fair. Had another company come out to check heater, they said we need an new system and charged me 380.00, never getting it working. Called Daily and they came out same day and cleaned bird and nest from vent pipe and tested unit for a much lower price! Will be my go to HVAC company in Lancaster from now on. I own an Auto repair business and I appreciate skilled honesty, Not many good guys left out there.

Professional, Prompt, and Knowledgeable.
After our AC unit stopped working properly in early July, Don was able to promptly respond. Communication, even over the July 4th holiday, was timely and professional. Don certainly knows HVAC and he was able to communicate in a way that allowed all parties involved to understand the problem and possible solutions. I felt like it was easy for me to trust Don and his suggestions. I plan to use Don again in the future.
Also - I appreciated the online payment option (without service fee for using a credit card). This allowed me to get one more task off my desk without worrying about writing a check and putting another bill in the mail.
I would rate my overall experience with Don and his company as outstanding and I highly recommend.
